Unbelievably pleased! I didn't know who to call when my daughters car broke down. A friend told me to call All About Auto. I am SO glad I did. When I called to make sure they had space for my daughters car, they offered to schedule the tow for me. Which was much appreciated. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable and I was thrilled with the report they sent. It was a list of ok, not great, and fix it now, all online, with pictures and notes. They were very up front. Pablo explained everything to me without hesitation. They didn't try to upsell us or convince us that we needed to do additional work. They got the car running, let us know which things we should focus on next, and we were on our way. I was also pleased at the speed of the service. We got the car back two day sooner than expected. Hands down, best place in town to take your car!

Brought in my Audi for issue. Pablo did a fantastic job helping me diagnose and repair my car. I had a vibration issue which I tried to get fixed at 2 different mechanics in the area before them and they both wasted my time and money by fixing issues that weren’t causing the main problem. But at All About Auto, Pablo and his team were able to find the problem quickly, send me detailed reports of the root cause including photos and videos of the results from their diagnosis. My car now runs smooth and the issue I had for the longest time was finally fixed. The team here was responsive and kept me on the loop with daily updates and very easy to reach them if any questions do come up. Would highly recommend and will be going back to them again!

Excellent customer service! The person at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The inspection was detailed and fairly priced, actually cheaper than other places I checked. I got a detailed report (both printed and online) with pictures for each issue. Very useful when negotiating with a dealer. Highly recommend!

All About Auto always gives 100% to clients. My car had a check engine light on. It was minor and they let me know that. I so appreciate their honesty! I was grateful for the estimate too. My car is older so there were plenty of things that could be done, but don’t have to be done. They respected my decisions. The price is fair. Not cheap but also not gouging. Honest work at a fair price. Fantastic value.

I had a great experience with All About Auto. The team was professional, communicative, and really seemed to know their stuff. My car had some pretty extensive issues, but they got everything taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the work looks excellent so far, and the car’s running smoothly again. The cost ended up being a bit higher than I originally expected, but given the results, I feel it was worth it for the level of service and workmanship. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you want the job done right.

All about auto did a wonderful job fixing up my car and letting me know what was wrong with it! They sent pictures and videos relating to each issue, explained what each part meant, and showed a ton of understanding for my financial situation. The technician that helped me was Pablo, and I couldn’t recommend him more! He helped me set up a tow when I couldn’t bring my car out to the shop, and then arranged for me to pick up my keys when it was done, helping me out significantly. The staff never tried to upsell me on parts I didn’t need even though my knowledge of cars is quite poor. Thank you for fixing up my vehicle and helping me to start looking for a new one.

All About Auto did my brakes for about half of what my dealership quoted. They were very kind over the phone, explained any questions I had, and did their best to make the quote as affordable as possible (although of course brakes are an inherently expensive job). I was very happy with my experience there so I went back for an oil change. In the very cold temps a latch in my hood was frozen and they fixed that for me with no extra cost. I would very much recommend All About Auto to anyone who is frustrated with their dealership's prices (and in my case, a complete lack of customer service skills). My only complaint is that the air freshener in the lounge area is a bit strong. I am relatively sensitive to smells, so this may not be an issue for most people.

Pablo was a gentleman who assisted me from day one when handling my X one BMW. I already had the parts for my vehicle and he was very open about the price what he could do. He also handled the oil change in the way that we needed because it’s a foreign car when we got the estimate there was nothing that was added or inflated. They were completely respectful the way that they sent the texts out and when we went to the location, it’s absolutely gorgeous and professional in there they pulled the car around for me and my car is running amazing. We have had BMWs for years. We recently moved to Bloomington so we had to leave our preferred mechanic behind, but I would highly recommend All About Auto to anyone and my husband has a BMW M8 when it needs oil change or anything else we would be bringing it in.!! They also followed up afterward to make sure everything was still good and I truly appreciate it. The inside of the office was so professional. I was honestly very impressed so grateful for their good energy and attitude and stellar service. Highly recommend them.
