Found this shop on google with great reviews, local, family run so I figured I’d give them a try. I was supposed to drop the car and pick it back up. Ended up sick from work so I took it in and asked if I could wait. No problem- they got going on my car right away. Tire rotation and oil change. Everything seems to have gone very well, they didn’t try and pressure me into anything AT ALL, and the price out the door was very reasonable. I’ll be coming back here not only for oil changes, but I’ll be handing them my keys any time I need work done based off my first impression. Thanks Pablo!!

All about auto did a wonderful job fixing up my car and letting me know what was wrong with it! They sent pictures and videos relating to each issue, explained what each part meant, and showed a ton of understanding for my financial situation. The technician that helped me was Pablo, and I couldn’t recommend him more! He helped me set up a tow when I couldn’t bring my car out to the shop, and then arranged for me to pick up my keys when it was done, helping me out significantly. The staff never tried to upsell me on parts I didn’t need even though my knowledge of cars is quite poor. Thank you for fixing up my vehicle and helping me to start looking for a new one.

I’ve never been to an auto shop that felt so family-like. They were incredibly kind and squeezed me in to take care of all my car issues the same day I called! Austin at the front desk was amazing! He was super helpful and communicative. In addition to replacing my battery and changing the oil, they inflated my tires and checked all my brakes. Would totally recommend!

I retained the shop to perform a Pre Purchase Inspection on a used car I was considering purchasing for my teenage son. Everyone at the shop was super helpful and honest with me at the condition of the vehicle. The price of the inspection was also very reasonable and the report they sent me was very helpful! Fixed a bent tire rod - failed to inform me the wheel bearing was bad - even have paperwork saying it was in good condition - didn’t have my car back 15 minutes before I was on the side of the road stuck - tech came out and said oh that noise is your wheel bearing it’s not broke yet so we can’t fix it. 🤯🤯🤯
Mind you I have a bumper to bumper full coverage bumper to bumper warranty.
Ultimately had to take my car to Nissan the next day to find out the tire rod wasn’t even put in right!

We were in need for a diagnostic test to be performed on our daughter’s car. We were at a loss as to where to go as we live out of town. When I called All About Autos I was immediately put at ease when talking with Pablo. He was very courteous and informative. He was up front about the process and timing it would require. He was able to quickly diagnosis and fix the problem at a fair and reasonable price. My daughter is happy that all is fixed and we are glad she is in a safe car once again.
