Outstanding customer service, well organized, helpful people. I am really impressed with this place. We used it today and were there 1st in line (they open at 9am). By the time we left at 10:30am the place was bustling with activity. We stayed there that long because they allow you to pack your boxes right there and they tape them for you. Great, great service, but it can be slow when busy. But they are busy because they are so good.
Excelente atencion al cliente, muy organizado, y muy atentos. Estoy muy impresionada con este lugar. Fuimos hoy y eramos los primeros en linea (el lugar abre a las 9am). Cuando terminamos a las 10:30am, el lugar ya tenia bastantes clientes. Nos quedamos ahi tanto tiempo porque ellos permiten que uno llene sus cajas ahi mismo y ellos le colocan el tape. El servicio al cliente fue fantastico, pero puede ser lento cuando hay mas gente. La gente llega porque ellos son muy buenos.

Mala atención por parte del señor que recibe los paquetes y en Nicaragua ni qué decir. No son claros con sus políticas. Deben de ser claros y no sólo pensar en recibir paquetes para después no hacerse responsables por el mismo cuándo está en Nicaragua
