First time using this shop and I’m really impressed, they did an awesome job I’m happy with the experience considering I was nervous about the whole thing. The people were super friendly and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need work done again!

This place is ridiculous they refused to communicate you have to call approximately 10 times to get someone to answer then nobody has the answers they give you a timeframe and they miss the timeframe by approximately 10 days. They will not give you an exact date when you can get your vehicle. this is the most unprofessional shop I have ever been to in my entire life. They also started repairs without even telling me what the estimate was, they just took it upon themselves to takeoff. Do yourself a favor and go any place but here

Everyone has been helpful and nice when I do get to talk to them. They got my car in the day I took it. It would be nice if a communication system could be in place. Kevin was who i talked to finally and he told me what was going and when my carvwould be ready. AND IT WAS. Now the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Need to hire someone to help do that! is no communication between me and them. No phone calls returned as promised, and no one answered the phone when you call at all times of the day except 2:45 pm. That is the only time I have been able to get someone to answer. The receptionist is very nice when you do get to talk to her and answers are given that satisfy why the delay. The time-line originally given has well passed and each day the time-line is extended when I finally get ahold of someone.

I do NOT RECOMMEND!! The staff is very unprofessional and performs subpar work. My vehicle was non operational just 2 days after getting it out of this shop. Luis Munoz put previously used after market parts on my vehicle causing it to be defective. I tried contacting the manager Wes, who refused to speak with me. Please do not waste your time with this place. I had to visit the location multiple times to check the status of my vehicle because they blocked my calls. My vehicle came out of this shop in worse condition than it was when we first took it in. They claim to order new parts, but put previously used parts on my vehicle. Seriously, do not take your vehicle here. You will regret it.

Had our 2022 jeep wrangler delivered here for repair. Jeep Required an after market front bumper replacement. The bumper had been cut for the light bar installation instead of pulling the harness back from the engine. I telephoned the manager after noticing this mistake. He said he was going to address the issue but never heard from them again. A $1000 dollar bumper and a $67000 vehicle. We paid $14000 in repairs on this Jeep and no reimbursement for this fail. Sad Sad Sad. Keep in mind that this shop is over 250 miles away from home I gave the manager over 3 weeks to make this right before writing this review. Customer service means nothing these days.

All American Collision is the worst scam I ever encountered in collision repair. My progressive insurance set me up with them in Midland TX. Not only did they take 2-1/2 weeks longer doing the repair on my truck but they cost me $900 in extra rental costs. They didn’t complete the insurance estimate as required, they forgot to finish the job, my lights are falling out only 11 days after picking my truck up. They mismatched my light bulbs with different colors and intensity. They couldn’t give a damn crap about doing the job correctly and there was No Quality Control in the work done by them. Ricky Salazar gave me excuses why they couldn’t complete the job as required and he had no clue why my work wasn’t done as required and promised by my insurance company. It was just take the money and run. I’ll inform my insurance company of the sub standard workmanship they did and since they never finished the job it’s more expense out of my pocket to correct their lack of concern for doing the job right, correctly, and by following the insurance estimate correctly as it was suppose to be done. I’ve never encountered such under par & substandard workmanship ever !!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY & THEN THEY RUN AWAY WITH IT !!!

Got my car back with a check engine light one and said they would order the part to fix it as well as it would take two days come in and 15 minutes to put it on that was almost two weeks i call and left on hold for over 20 minutes and still no answer! Do not take your car here!!

Do not bring your car here unless you would like to be lied to and jacked around. Communication is atrocious. Time frames of when work will be completed is way off. Ending up picking up the car unfinished. Still day of…. Waiting to pick after detailing all day.

This place went up and above for me the manager Westley and estimator Arleth stayed and waited for me to pick up my 24 chevy trailblazer after hours since i was coming in from Pecos! Arleth gladly went over the vehicles repairs with me along with her manager they even washed and vacuumed my vehicle for me! I definitely recommend this shop for your collision repairs!!!

. I was told I'd receive regular updates, but I had to call them repeatedly over the course of several weeks to get any information about the status of my car. Each time I called, I got a different story—the parts were delayed, they were short-staffed, or they simply hadn't gotten to it yet. After a month of waiting, I finally got the call that my car was ready. I was so relieved. However, that relief quickly turned to frustration when I went to pick it up. The color of the newly painted bumper didn't match the rest of my car. It was noticeably off, and the paint job itself was sloppy, with visible orange peel texture. There were even a few small scratches on the hood that weren't there when I dropped it off. When I pointed this out, the manager was dismissive and said it was "within an acceptable range." They offered to "buff out" the scratches on the hood, but made it clear they wouldn't be repainting the bumper to match the rest of the car. I ended up having to take my car to another shop to have the work corrected. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for their collision repair needs.

I never understood the reviews that said, "If I could give blank 0 stars I would." But after the experience I have had with this place, I now 100% get it. Long story short, if you want to waste time and money while getting your car fixed, take it here.

Customer service okay, They forgot to install a clip and other hardware that ended up breaking my plastic covers against the tire. So no very happy with the service. They told that in 2 months gotta come back to get installed others covers but I’m unsure how well it will get installed by having this experience. Now I have to ordered myself, fixed what they missed. Not happy after getting a 5k bill from their service. This is very disappointing. First time visiting this place and having this kind of awful experience not pleasant at all.

This body shop did an amazing job on my suburban. After getting my breaks changed at home it was not working properly. Took it in and spoke with Marisa who assured me it would get fixed. She would keep me posted on all the work. When I had other concerns she directed me to Isreal who made sure they would take a look at what I needed done. They even had it out in time for me to travel for Thanksgiving. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with all the help they did for me!

Best experience hands down! Wes and his team definitely have it down for getting your vehicle done right! I left my 2025 Tahoe after getting hit by another driver. Wes came out and looked at the damages my vehicle had and told me everything that will be done with it and gave me a time frame of 2 weeks. It was finished within a week and looks like it did when i 1st brought it! I will definitely be recommending them to people!
