I called in and told the mechanic that I think the a.c. compressor is making a noise. May need replaced, I was given a quote brought in on Tuesady. He called around 5pm stated the a.c. was completed it was working good. I could still the truck making same noise. I told him I can't pick up until the next day due to them closing. I got a phone call next stated the job was done because he still needed to fix the bearing noise which was an additional 130 on top of the 515. He said it would be ready around 11. When we got he then stated he changed another part which was another 80, we did not ask to fix but we paid for it. I drove away and within an hour the a.c. stopped working and the shaking that he claimed he fixed came back. So we called and he said to bring on Thursday the following day. We took it back in to show him what we paid for was still not working, Thursday the 3rd. We went back in he said it was the Ignition coil, he did not chenuck the a.c.. He said he would as a favor and replace it. Again we drive off thinking everything is good to go. Again by Thursday afternoon the a.c. was not working and the truck was shaking again same issue. We called him yesterday Friday and told him we would bring it in today. At this point my husband and I were extremely frustrated instead showing concern and stating he would make sure to get it fixed. He stated if your not happy how I do it then you can go somewhere else and stated I'm not doing you any more favors. This is where I was very frustrated and raised my voice and so no we paid you to fix it, I stated what favor we paid you 733 and the same issue still exists. My husband the calm one stated to him what favor what did we not pay for? He asked please check out why the a.c. is not working it was there all day. We had to call him for him to say he believed it was the relay but could not find the part. We got there and everything still not working worst then when we brought it in. All he said was sorry and sent us on our way. Lesson learned, this was extremely disheartening since a friend referred us. It sucks that were out 700+ and our truck not fixed. We now have to take it somewhere else to see the damaged caused and get the original problem fixed. It would been a good gesture to charge us for the parts and give us the money for the labor he never did the work.

Excellent work A+++!!! I've been bringing my vehicles here for a few years now. Very nice couple that run the shop. Love their cute dogs, especially the little Frenchie! They just finished repairing my GMC Yukon XL after a spark plug blew out the engine. They explained the issues found, what repairs were done, and showed me the old parts they replaced. Very thorough service, maintained excellent communication with me the process. There aren't many honest and trustworthy mechanics/auto repair shops out there anymore, but this place is one of them. Highly recommended!
