Had a problem with my BMW and after some research identified that the catalytic converter could be an issue. I called and spoke with Mark who said bring it by and he would gladly look at it. I brought it by and within minutes, Mark (Owner) had it on the lift and identified the issue and gave me a price. An hour later he had it fixed and installed. Mark spent time educating me on how the CAT works and what effect it has on a car when it goes bad. If you are looking for a great shop that is clean, professional and very cool in the lobby, you have to visit them. I would never hesitate for an instant to recommend this business! Thanks Mark...

I went to All Muffler to fix 3 holes in my exhaust system that was installed by another shop. The holes had formed due to shotty welds and the work had been done just over a year ago. I showed up around 430 pm to see if I could get it fixed. Due to unforeseen circumstances Mark was the only man at the shop at the time and had other vehicles. He said his schedule was tight, but I could stick around and wait until he finished his current job. So I hung around and talked to the owner of the car he was working on. 510 pm rolled around and he was finished with the last job and told me to pull my truck up. Mark ended up staying past closing and fixing my problem for a great price! His work was excellent and his attention to detail was awesome! I would recommend All Muffler to anyone who needs work done!

I went into All Muffler wanting a $750 system I read about online. After I showed Mark what I wanted, he then asked me, "what do you really want from your muffler?". After I explain what I wanted Mark took me into the back of the shop to show me some of the other mufflers he had in stock, then Mark said, "I will gladly install the system you asked for but from what you described I would recommend this muffler." I left the shop a very satisfied customer with my new $125 muffler, installed! Mark is a man of true integrity.

Great shop. Of the shops in the area, this is the one you should go to, no questions asked. After going to a different shop this morning that was completely unprofessional and unorganized, I called here to see if he could do a muffler delete for me. He said he could see me as soon as I could drive over, which was incredibly convenient. The waiting area is really cool and comfortable and even had some reading options for my fiancee while we waited. He was thorough in explaining my options and asked all of the right questions to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Overall a great experience, and we will definitely be back with our other cars in the future. Don't waste your time elsewhere just give him a call.

Couldn't get any estimate of an idea of replacement of my rusted through tailpipe without bringing the vehicle to the shop first. Okay, I told you the make, model etc. of the vehicle and told you what I needed replaced. You still required me to "bring it by" to "take a look at it." I don't have time to bring it to every muffler shop for an estimate. You have the details....give me a ballpark answer. I need an appointment to have my exhaust replaced....that's not so difficult to do.

Very rude, couldn't answer simple questions about products, Never seen a flowmaster before? Treated me like they didn't need my buisness and could care less to answer my questions. "Just bring it in I have no idea what any of that looks like", I'd go to west coast mufflers instead.

Had a good-sized gash in my muffler and I was going to Midas but remembered this shop near another auto shop I had visited. Mark, the owner, took a look and quoted a price. I was expecting a $200--300 cost and said, "That's it?", to which he replied "I can charge you more if you'd like," with a chuckle. He did the job in about 30 mins. and it was perfect. Great attitude, great sense of humor and honest. I recommend the shop for the quality and expertise.

My vehicle was rear-ended and Mark was more than willing to do an inspection and provide me with his assessment. Months later, I was finally able to get the repair done and Mark did it quickly and for a fair price. While I was in the office paying, he took a call from someone wanting a muffler to "pass smog". He kindly let them know that the muffler wouldn't impact smog and provided a bunch of useful information. It's hard to find good, ethical people and I would highly recommend Mark and All Muffler Service!

I had a STi exhaust I bought off craigslist and needed to have it put on my Forester so I looked for the closest muffler shop to home. The reviews on this place are all true. The guy working the shop had a couple customers ahead of me but I had time to spare so I hung out and waited my turn. One customer was a pain in the ass, but the guy worked longer than I would have to make sure he got what he wanted. When he got to me he took the time to listen to what I needed to have done, and then we put my forester on the lift and he measured to make sure it would all fit. He gave me a reasonable quote I couldn't say no to, and then he got right to work. He also gave me the remote and told me I could put some cartoons on the TV for my son to watch while we waited which I thought was cool. The entire deal was done in less than an hour and I couldn't be happier with the work performed. I'll be making sure to take my other projects here when I need exhaust work, I see he also does custom fab work too.

Mark @ All Muffler deserves a thousand stars. He went over and above to take the rattle out of my Magnaflow exhaust system. It took a couple tries and ended up requiring a little bit of cutting and welding but now it is perfect! Most others would have thrown their hands in the air and said that's as good as it gets. But Mark's was only satisfied with perfection. I so appreciate his help with this! I highly recommend All Muffler!
