I want to like this place so much, but I can't. It's so convenient to my apartment and gym. I love that they are certified green and has a nice waiting area with WiFi. The actual wash is just awful though! If your car isn't too dirty (no bugs, tar, caked on dirt) then the $35 manager's special is okay. I've tried every full service was and even signed up for a month of unlimited exterior washes. I swear that the exterior washes leave my car dirtier than when I entered. Every wash leaves my windows streaky and missed spots all over. The undercarriage wash add on is particularly disappointing. Three exterior washes ago my windshield came out with a weird cloudy film. They hand Windexed it and it wouldn't come off. It's slowly coming off with each additional wash. I also have to rewipe my interior and glass if they wipe things down. I swear they use dirty towels that had tire shine or wax on them! Ugh. I'm also unhappy with the availability of the wash. It has broken down or been closed at least four times for me in the past 6 months. I'm sorry that I can't give All Seasons any more chances to be my goto car wash :-(

Brought my car here for the $12 "full service" wash, which included an interior vacuuming. I handed the keys off and went to the waiting room. 10 minutes later the attendant came and brought me outside and told me that they didn't know how to put my car in reverse (its a stick shift) after i showed him, i watched as he backed up and tore off the entire plastic undercarriage guard that protects the oil pan and other components. They must have also misaligned the wheel with the track and drove my bumper into it because there was a very large scrape on the left half of the bumper. I didn't want them touching my car anymore so i told them i didnt want the wash and got in the car and drove around front. It was here that i realized that an attendant had left a bottle of windex on my seat and the entire thing leaked into the fabric. This place is terrible. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, just flat out scummy. After getting my insurance company involved they finally agreed to fix it, and even then tried to sleaze their way out of paying by only giving the subtotal from the body shop and not the additional taxes and fees.

I've gone to this place twice. The 1st time they did a poor job washing my car. There were large areas of my car still visibly dirty and they used the same towels on the outside and the inside windshield leaving soap streaks that actually made driving at night difficult. My first visit was right after they opened, I went back a 2nd time to give them another chance. The 2nd time they left a ton of soap on my car, only wiped down some of the windows inside and left towel lint all over the car.I know working at a car was isn't the greatest job in the world, but at least try to do your job. 4 people wiping down my car and I still had to go remove soap and clean the windows when I got home. Not even close to worth $16.I won't be back.

I was not happy with the wash I received here. They were not thorough and moved extremely slow. I would drive an hour to get my car washed before going back here. Advice: Better process getting cars through the machine (When I pulled up, I was thrid in line and I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my car to be put through). The folks that "towel dry the cars" - Hire people that enjoy washing cars! You will have much happier customers.

The exterior wash does not include cleaning the rims... are the rims on the interior? I believe the tire rims are on the exterior side of the car. I didn’t want the vacuuming done inside the car on my white leather seats using the black plastic vacuum head that just vacuumed the floor of the previous car. I washed my rims before I left their driveway while they watched. And yes, I did leave a tip for the attendants.

Extremely happy with this car wash to date. I live, conveniently, 5 minutes drive from this place and use it very frequently. Ive never had a problem with the job they do. I will continue to come back as long as they continue to provide the outstanding service they have in the past.

Stay away from this place. These guys are crooks. Went in on Sunday for detailing of the inside of my car. There was a sign posted on the fence -- $75 to clean and shampoo inside of car. Attendant told me they were too busy that day and asked me if I could come back later in the week, particularly in the morning. Adjusted my schedule to come back on Tuesday morning, called ahead of time and asked if I could come in. Manager told me it was ok to come in at 9 am. Brought my car in at 9 am on Tuesday. Someone asked me if they could help me when I pulled up. I asked for the $75 shampoo and cleaning of inside of my car, pointing to the sign. The guy looked in my car and made a nasty face and pointed me to another attendant. I pulled my car up, the other attendant (same guy from Sunday) walks up and looks at the inside of my car. Makes a nasty face and tells me it's going to be $150 to clean the inside of my car. I ask why and he says that my car is dirty. Which strikes me as funny because the reason that I'm bringing my car to be cleaned is because it's dirty. You don't go to a car wash with an already clean car. But it's there right to adjust the price of their service based on the amount of work it might take them to clean the car. My problem was there are no obvious metrics upon which he made this decision, he just came up with a number. Second, there is nothing posted on their pricing stating that they will adjust the price of $75 based on how dirty they think the car is. I asked to speak to the manager and expressed my complaint about the incorrect posting of their pricing. He got upset with me, restating the obvious that my car was dirty. I told him that he and his attendant had wasted my time. If they had a posting on their pricing that they would adjust the price based on how dirty they think the car is, then I would have asked on Sunday how much the cost would be to clean my car and made the decision not to come back. They try to lure you in with one price and then adjust it based on no obvious metrics. Stay away from this place. These guys are both disreputable and disrespectful to their customers.

Went to this car wash once. I'll never go back again. Didn't like the prices. Wanted just to leave. Unfortunately, it is impossible to exit directly from the entrance point. You would have to cross right through the line of cars entering the wash, which they will not allow. Also, the turn into the exit alley is too tight and narrow. You have no choice but to go all the way through the car wash waiting line (and get a wash). The place is designed to trap you. Waited over 20 minutes for just 4 cars ahead of me to be serviced. Those workers are slower than molasses. As one of the workers drove my car into the wash, a plastic guard on the undercarriage of the car somehow caught on their guide rail. The plastic piece broke off with a loud bang. I asked the driver, who was still right near me, to stop and back up the car (which he did). Suddenly, the manager (a big, angry, bald guy) came charging over. In a totally rude, hostile, and unprofessional manner, he ordered me to move away from the scene, warning me that if I didn't move away he would call the police. He said "This is none of your business." I couldn't believe this guy. That was my car! It was my business! I calmly asked him to let me take my car and leave. I wanted to get away from this character ASAP and have my car checked out. Then the manager, trying to shift the blame, accused me of having yelled at his employee (not true). He insisted angrily that I owed the employee an apology. After spewing out more accusations and warnings, he finished his little circus act and let me leave. This is a terrible business. High prices, bad service, and an extremely hostile, dishonest manager.

Got here 1 other car in the bay. 2 hours later I'm still here. Inspection and oil change on a car with 11k miles on it. When the employees at the car wash start joking that I'm still here. It tells you something The car wash is a separate company. I never had any issues with them.

I gave this place a second chance thinking maybe I caught them on a rough day but unfortunately it was not the case. When car was dried I had water spots throughout and missed spots patches. My biggest problem is I paid $4 extra for tire/wheel package both times. I had to ask both times if they were going to dry my rims. It's uncomfortable for the customer to have to ask for a service they paid for. They also dried my rims with the same towels they dry your car with. I do not want brake dust particles and grease rubbed into my paint job - this left bad streaks on my paint because the rags were dirty/greasy. Nice people but quality control needs to be improved - I have never seen rim cleaning/drying towels be used to dry a car..keep em separate please. Manager needs to be hands on watching and coaching his employees because they're nice people - just need some guidance.

I went here for a Mobile 1 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The technician broke off a chunk of my radiator while attempting to replace the oil filter. Crap happens, I get it. The owner came by and told the bad news and said hes waiting on a new part to come. I went and got food while I was waiting on the part to be delivered and installed. Fast forward 2.5 hours. Everything is "done". Employee goes to ring me up, I ask if the tire rotation was performed....it was not and she was about to charge me for it. They decided they all wanted to go home instead and said to come back for that and my free wash. Next i was charged full price for parts and labor for the oil change and tire rotation (radiator and install were free). Nothing knocked off the price at all for parts (I understand being charged labor but he could kick some back my way on the parts without taking a hit). So there goes 3 hours of my life, no discount at all, for a oil change. I come back 2 days later for my tire rotation and also asked for one tire to be plugged that has a screw in it. I am immediately recognized but the guy tells me hes gonna have to put me behind this person and that person and that person and that other person...keep in mind I paid 2 days prior. Whatever I'll wait, just don't break anything this time I thought to myself. After waiting over a hour for a tire rotation my car comes is done and now time for the included wash. My car is done but 4 cars go ahead of me. 20 minutes later my car comes out, some guy does a half ass job of wiping it down and that's it. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE: the technician decided he would keep the little cap for the air in the tire he plugged, I only noticed because that tire is again FLAT (less than a week later). It could be all bad luck, I hate making bad reviews, but I cant say I will be going back here.

Worst car wash ever. This was my first and last time. I paid to have my car wash d, dusted, vacuumed and the only this it was done here was outside wash(machine work). I complained about how come human hair couldn’t come out with a vacuum and the dust with a towel and they told me that I needed a detailed wash( BS). If you are looking for a car wash DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE EVER. Save your money and time. Nasty people work here, impolite, and worst of all don’t know how to do their job. I asked if they had website and they said no because they knew what was coming. I Don’t recommended this place. I wish they had 0 star ⭐️ to give to this people.

Really clean car. I had dog hair and dirt and mud all inside my vehicle. Got the managers special and these boys went to WORK on my car! Damn near “detailed” level of clean in like 10 minutes! Will def be back next time I’m in the area. And there’s a gas station across the street if you are just doing all sorts of nice stuff for your car.

The people who work here are unprofessional and do not value their customers. I waited over an hour because the belt was malfunctioning. I repeatedly asked the manager and several other workers for a refund as I did not have the time to continue to wait for them to fix the belt. They proceeded to dismiss me by ignoring me, walking past me, and telling me to wait. It wasn’t until maybe the sixth time that they returned my car keys to me and allowed me to leave. I wasted over an hour of my time and was unable to get my car washed. The employees did not apologize once for the inconvenience. I was a customer for several years and I will not be returning. Also, whenever I used to purchase the wash that included cleaning of the interior console, the job was never done. I would receive attitude whenever I asked them to clean it even though that was what I paid for.

Paid for interior and exterior wash and watched them not touch the interior and tell me my car was done. While I was standing outside my car waiting to ask for someone to compete the job I paid for, the guy who drives the car through the car wash (an employee) gunned it out of the washer and nearly hit myself and my baby.

This place is awful all but do not speak English, they do a half ass job from the start and most importantly the drive through part af the wash ( the simplest most straight forward part, one would think has been down and not fully working.) One ta two units of the machine have been not working but they still open and run cars through. They do not inform the customer and they still charge regular price for a partial to half job. When I first noticed this I said something to the woman up front and she is blatanly lied even though I seen with my own to eyes. In seconds the tall thin probably owner came to also try and lie then switched it up saying only one part is down not 2. FALSE/LIES I insisted I be discounted and what should have been a given turned into a major, let's say debate. Unfortunately I had to fall back and deal with the less than one dollar discount only because I had my granddaughter with me. Also this place has had the big brush units fall completely off the unit onto customer's cars, twice that I know of could be more, I wouldn't doubt it. Think twice before giving these shady unethical business man and women your hard errand money and even on a good day everything working, still get a less than exceptable job upon completion. Just guessing but I even think the tire shine is watered down or so god awful cheap its ridiculous its gone in less than 24 hours. STOP SUPPORTING THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS...

This has been my favorite car wash in Philadelphia so far. The staff do a great job with detailing and filling in any gaps from the automated cleaning equipment.

Terrible customer service and sloppy cleaning job. I misunderstood that the middle car wash I paid for didn’t wash the undercarriage. I came back immediately and asked if they could add that and I could pay for the difference. They said they had to charge me again for the full job. They meant basic plus a couple more dollars. I thought they meant another 17 so I said that was different than what the guy outside said. The lady at the counter actwd like I was lying and was rude. She said she had no time for this and told me not to come back. Added pictures of her for horrible customer service. On top of that they did a sloppy job. Turns out if you want a clean car you need to pay for details. They told me so when I pointed out the below spots.

I’ve been going here consistently for the past few months since moving to the area and have been very pleased! While I’ve seen fancier car washes with newer, more high tech equipment, the staff makes up for what the automatic wash lacks. The crew takes their time on either end of line to pre-wash and later to dry very thoroughly. It’s one of the few washes I’ve ever been to where I don’t feel the need to towel dry the car myself. Three stars for the facilities and equipment, but five stars for the staff that always does a great job!
