Bought a 120xxx 16' Crosstrek for 14k. There were some concerns about it from an inspection I had at my Subaru shop. The team went through the concerns with me and took it on an off the lift multiple times to ensure I was comfortable with buying the car. They also agreed to fix some items that I noticed. It has been a good experience and as long as the car holds up for a reasonable amount of time I will be a happy camper. Additionally all the office staff & mechanics put fourth excellent customer service and seem genuine in the services they provide.

Super impressed with ASA. After over two months of searching, we landed on ASA. Good selection of vehicles (a lot of subarus) competitive / fair pricing. No pressure sales, willing to answer question and resolve problems. We ended up with a 2014 Forester. My daughter was super happy. After we got it home we notices a few things that to be addressed on the vehicle. We reached out to ASA and they had us bring the car in and took car of the issues, simple as that. Great customer service and they understand the importance of it. I will be back to when my youngest daughter is looking for her first car. I will also be using them for my other vehicle maintenance needs.

These guys helped me in a bind the price was fair and affordable and they got me in a day earlier than expected and finished same day too I'm not talking about just an oil change PS pump, oil pan reseal , valve cover gaskets, and wheel bearing that's alot of work to be able to do in one day and they handled it no problem if your looking for a good mechanic these guys are it couldn't of asked for better service they were very polite and to the point 👍

After an accident that totaled my daughter’s car, she began the often arduous journey of buying a replacement. Her efforts ultimately led her to All Service Automotive where she found a number of options in her price range, but the selling point was actually the helpful and genuine attitude of the staff. She drove away in her new-to-her Subaru Forester and all was well...until a flashing Check Engine Light reared it’s head about 2 weeks later. A quick call back to ASA and an invitation to bring it in for a check up followed. Spark plug wires replaced and no more Check Engine Light, at absolutely no cost. Fast forward to this morning, and my daughter calls to tell me her car is “smoking”. A quick FaceTime call seems to tell me it’s actually steam resulting from some apparent failure in the cooling system. While the 30-day warranty period with ASA had expired, she called and explained her situation. The fine folks at ASA told her to have it towed in and they would have a look. Verdict? A failed radiator. And while they were under no obligation to do so, they took care of my daughter. She paid for a replacement radiator, and ASA waived any labor costs. Looking for a used car at a reasonable price? More importantly, looking for great honest service during and after the sale? Look no further. All Service Automotive should be your next and last stop!

I can’t say enough how excellent All Service auto is. My first experience with them they were honest about the fact that our vehicle likely would continue to have issues based on the year and model- they could have easily taken our money, done the repair, and we would have been having issues just a few months later. Instead, they were up front and we were able to make an informed decision. After that we purchased a vehicle from them, not at their behest but our own research. I asked lots of questions and they answered all of them patiently. We ended up with a great Outback that I love and it’s holding up amazing. I’ve recommended them to everyone we know who have all had great experiences. This past weekend my brother was on a hunt for a used car and was almost ready to sign papers when I told him he had to take it to All Service to get it checked before purchasing. They caught that it was in an accident that left it unsafe- not only for my brother and his wife but their kids. From there they sold them a wonderful forester that meets their needs and they love. The quality of the work plus the transparency means I’ll never go anywhere else.

I bought a 2019 subaru from them but before purchasing took it to midas to get it inspected. Ronny at All Service Auto looked at what Midas said was wrong with it and got it all fixed up before I even bought it! Unfortunately midas missed something. Ronny was super helpful when I called them back later that day after driving it home. I was expecting to have to pay $800+ to fix the issue but he ended up only charging me for the parts! I didn't even ask he just hooked it up for me. In fact I even told him I understand I purchased "As is" and a deal is a deal. So I wasn't worried about it when we talked over the phone. It's my fault for not being more thorough. BUT HE STILL TOOK CARE OF ME! That's the kind of amazing and honest people/shop you're dealing with here. Let me tell you now, there is no better place to buy a car and get your car serviced. Go to All Service Auto I promise you will not regret it. My son bought his first Subaru from All Service. A 2015 with 148k on it and after about 3 month we smelt burning oil. He went back and talked with Ronnie and they said it was the camshaft seals. Ronnie and the team at the shop removed the engine and replaced all the seals. We picked the car up today, NO Charge! I have to say Thank You to everyone at All Service for standing up and helping my son, he would have not been able to cover such a costly repair. We appreciate this and will be back and send everyone who ask where to go for a Subaru.

We bought a 2012 Subaru Outback from this dealership earlier this year for $9,200, advertised as fully inspected and in good condition. Within months, the car started stalling, burning oil rapidly, and leaking coolant. Not crazy uncommon, so we kept adding more often. After weird gear shifting issues and eventually stalling randomly, we brought it in and were told it was a radiator issue — apparently, the radiator hose was barely attached from the start. That cost us $1,800 to fix. Not long after, it began stalling again. This time, they said it was the torque converter and quoted $2,100 to fix it — but also told us we could “drive it a little longer” and just use neutral when slowing down to prolong it. When we took it to a transmission specialist for a second opinion, they said driving it at all in that condition could destroy the transmission, and that the vehicle basically needed a full transmission replacement, not just a torque converter. At this point, the car we paid nearly $10k for would cost $10k+ to make good enough to drive, all in less than 1 year. We feel completely taken advantage of — sold a “good” vehicle that clearly had serious issues from day one, and given bad advice that has caused even more damage. I would never recommend buying from here. The inspection claims clearly didn’t hold up, and the lack of honesty or accountability is extremely unfortunate. I am sure they do good repair work, but be careful if purchasing or listening to advice.

Would absolutely recommend this shop for repairs and buying a used Subaru. I bought an Outback in October and had some mechanical issues come up recently. Ronnie took care of it, no questions asked and had my Subaru back up and running even better than before. The owner himself even did the test drives after the repair. Great shop, fantastic service, honest and reliable. I will continue to give them my business.
