I picked up my truck after being contacted by “Enrique”. I arrived approx 20 minutes after call. He couldn’t find my keys, he couldn’t find my paperwork after looking for 5-10 minutes. I asked he there was a problem. I told him you contacted me less than 30 min ago. His reply” I contacted “many” people in last 30 minutes. His attitude was worse after i asked him what issue was. I paid for repairs and smog. He said you didn’t pass come back in a week. i asked him why he didn’t explain issue with not passing. His reply “ I don’t need to explain anything to you, all i have to tell you is car is ready. I explained again what issue was after tech found paperwork and he ignored me and handed keys. Worst experience ever from facility. Mr. Shirazi, you are welcome to call me if you have any questions.

I’ve brought two vehicles now. My first experience was great. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable however the guy at the counter Enrique started arguing with me about my vehicle and the model. I told him I think I would know which model my F150 is. He kept arguing with me and was rude. He doesn’t know anything about vehicles yet he is the guy in the front. He tried to charge me extra for a drain plug that wasn’t used and when I told him my vehicle didn’t need it he still tried to charge me. I had to get the technician to tell him they didn’t use it. Not sure if I will come back unless they educate their worker on customer service skills or hire someone knowledgeable. Who wants to argue about the vehicle? I even showed him my window sticker!! He was rude and condescending.

My wife and I recently took our Fiat 500c to All Tune and Lube because the transmission was slipping. Come to find out that it needed to be replaced, along with other important fixes, so this was a worst case scenario for us. I communicated back and forth with Robert about our options and he was able to find a low mileage used transmission. In the end, they were able to fix everything needed, along with the total cost cheaper than originally quoted. We are definitely happy with Robert and the shop for their hard work and service.

Took my Jeep here once before to repair a tick which was diagnosed a needing new valve cover gaskets. I also needed brakes in the front. Job was super sloppy. They left vaccume hoses disconnected which I didn't catch till I had another issue and looked for myself. Also lost and didn't replace bolts that hold down the air box which I had to replace myself. Didn't mention any of the rotting and missing wiring loom. This was a $1200 job. I took it back a second time to troubleshoot a TPS sensor error which I told them at the time what the issue was. No diagnostics just ordered a replacement sensor which they were not able to get on the same day after of course I already replaced it with one just a few days before. There was no troubleshooting they just took me at my word and assumed the new sensor was bad. I decided that they were not worth wasting my time with any longer and told them I wanted to pick up the vehicle (yes I called and screamed profanity's at them) they didn't wana give the vehicle back without paying (no work was done) other than ordering the part which they told me they couldn't return though they hadn't received it yet. I had to call the police to assist in getting my vehicle back! Again another shop with extremely poor communication. No call to let you know what's going on and had to proactively call them to get an update. The day I dropped it off early morning all their technicians were basically standing around twiddling their thumbs. Don't even bother wasting your time with these guys.

Worst possible experience. I took my truck in for a simple smog, and they returned it days later with engine problems. They said that it had problems coming in, but the only issue before was an evap purge flow. Now I'm being told I need a new engine rebuild. Before I took my vehicle in, it drove fine. Do not take your vehicle here.

gonna start by saying i dont ever leave reviews but this place is shady. The dude running the front desk doesn’t know about cars. I had called prior to heading over and asked if there was a fee to diagnose why my AC wasn’t working. He said no. I went over and from the beginning I told him I knew it had a leak from somewhere. He said no worries we will find it and fix it and that will be $175 Later on I get a call saying that they found where the leak was coming from and that it will be an additional $130 to fix it. Coming out to over $350+. I told him no that’s not what we agreed on and I made sure to ask BEFORE they started service on my vehicle. I get to the shop and they charged me the original $175 and didn’t even fix the problem!! All they did was put Freon and the sales guy made it seem like that was some sort of difficult job. (Literally takes 5 mins). Later that day the AC stopped blowing cold. You charge what you charge I understand that but don’t tell me there’s no fee to diagnose something then proceed to charge me for it. Place is a rip off and will try to get money out of you. And to All tube and lube, don’t be sorry just be better.

bad experience. i had my oil change and tired rotated here which took 3 hours. my group and i left and came back when they told us that my car was ready. we found my car in drive mode, all windows down, and unlocked with no employee around watching the car. they also rummaged through my car, and they left my pouch with my pads open. overall an uncomfortable, unprofessional, and violating experience. don't send your cars here or the cars of any female you love and care about.

They do not honor their warranties! I took my car in October to have the overflow unit replaced. In December just almost 2 months later the issue Returned again meaning they either didn’t fix the problem or they put a Band-Aid on it. When I return to have them look at the issue again, I left my car. They gave me a loaner only to call me and tell me they found an oil problem, and never even addressed the overflow problem which was causing my car to overheat.. When I mention that I brought it there for an overflow issue, the gentleman went oh let us look at that and see when it was covered under warranty. So they decided to tell me that it was a different issue and that they would have to charge me $1200 to fix that problem. I immediately retrieve my car and reported them to the Better Business Bureau and AAA since they had a AAA rating. Don’t take your car there, especially if you are a female.

This is the most unprofessional mechanic I have visited in La Habra. They have been unable to fix my AC and I have visited twice within the last two years to have them correctly identify the problem, repair the issue, and apologize for the original work not holding up. Upon asking multiple times for a manager who can review the past receipts and repairs on my car. The representative on the line, who I was speaking with when I originally brought my car in, and already for 10 minutes, let me know he was recently promoted to manager. This felt untruthful. After mentioning the repairs not holding up, and working with him previously when he was not a manager. This representative/manager disconnect mid conversation. I have not returned to this mechanic. And suggest you utilize Jax Auto on brea blvd they have impeccable service and stand by their repairs.
