I went to another (Tire) shop (Choice) place that couldn't even put a patch on my vehicle that only takes 10 - 15 minutes to do. The guys at Allen tires got it done in 10. On Nov 3, I brought my Lexus ES300I in for a check up because it shows vibration on good surface roads. David took the car out for a test drive. David and Vyron then took out all the tires and rebalanced them. They showed me a bad rim. I ordered a rim to be delivered to the shop. I took the car back on Nov 6 to install the new rim. The problem is fixed. It’s driving normally now.

I have been going to Allen Tire on Beach & Ellis for 20 years. Matthew and Mauro always took great care of me and my boys, checking around for the best deals, inspecting the cars for any additional issues, offering free tire rotation with any oil change. When Matthew left, Mauro kept up the great service. I guess he's gone too because the woman who helped me didn't even know who he was, and kept insisting I was talking about Matthew! I know that they are two very different people. Lol When I dropped my car off for an oil change and a free inspection (I had a coupon), I was told 60-90 minutes. I went next door to Denny's to have lunch and do some work on my computer, and came back after an hour and a half. My car was on the ground and they told me that my car was almost done. The woman said there were a lot of codes and that I would have to take my car to the dealer for them to tell me what the codes were since there were so many, but it had something to do with my hybrid battery. I asked them if they did the rotation of my tires with the oil service. The women's response was, "If we are able to rotate the tires then we rotate the tires." I'm not exactly sure what that response means. I've never heard that response before, but when I checked on my car 15 minutes later, it was up in the air and all four tires were off of it. I guess they hadn't rotated the tires when they did the oil change. Another hour later, and my car still wasn't ready. When I asked another gentleman about my car, he told me again about all the many codes, but assured me that I could get a printout of all the codes so I can take it to the dealer, that way they wouldn't have to charge me for an inspection, that they would know exactly where to look for any issues I'd have with my car and the battery. In total it took me 3 hours to get my car back. When I went to pay, the original woman told me that it would have taken her too long to type in all the codes for me on my paperwork and that she could not print out all the codes for me to take to the dealer. So now I'm going to have to pay for an inspection to be done at the dealer if I want to know what's wrong with my car. Days later though, there are no warning lights blinking and my check engine light is off, so I don't know if there's even anything wrong with my car. I really do miss Matthew and Mauro. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on.

People are courteous, service was completed on time, price was decent. However, there was a 10lb pressure difference between all four tires and no two tires had the same pressure. There is also now a vibration at highway speed… I suspect the wheels were not properly balanced. Mine is a high performance vehicle, so it is easy to notice a vibration that was not there one day and is there the next. I am bringing back to have serviced again.

I paid over $500 for two rear tires at this location on 07-11-25. They forgot to tighten or lost the lock lug. I returned two days after and asked if they found it . The front desk brought out the paperwork and said that the paperwork only called for rear replacement ,Even though I seen them take all four tires off.This is a great place to go if safety is not a priority. I’m sure he had the lost lug , but he didn’t want to tell me that he did because that is a receipt of their negligence, instead he just Installed a spare lug that he had laying around. This is a completely honest review

This review was written back in March and just discovered it was not posted, which was probably due to me closing the window before sending. I'm taking the time to rewrite and post because of my experience with the HB Beach Blvd Allen Tire location. I purchased 2 tires for my Jeep Cherokee on Amazon (first time) and selected the HB Beach Blvd Allen Tire location on the drop down for the ship to and install installation. When I arrived at the location, I met with Vyron who went thru recent deliveries and said the the tires were not there and my install appointment was not showing up on their system. Unfortunately after finally being able to speak with customer service rep at Amazon it was discovered Amazon for some reason selected another ship to and install Allen Tire location, (despite having a Amazon receipt printout with the HB Allen Tire for the ship to and install). By the time I was able to get to the other location, I had missed the appointment install time. Despite the situation, I was told that I couldn''t be "squeezed in" and would have to reschedule. This led to heated exchange with the manager, ending with "Don't blame me, blame Amazon, you can take your tires and find someplace else to install them". Decided that was best and drove back over to HB location.Told Vyron what happened. He could see I was pretty upset (had already wasted over 2 hours) and he was really empathic. Got me calmed down, and suggested I walk to the Denny's behind the building and have lunch, while he worked in my tire install. When I came back in less then and hour, the tires were installed and not only that, he discovered that Amazon had also sent the wrong size replacement rim that I was going to have one of the old tires installed on to use as a spare (2017 Jeep Cherokee didn't come a spare only a can of injectable green slime to seal a flat tire puncture) Vyron was able to locate a discarded tire that fit the rim (could not sell due to legalities). When I asked him how much for the installs, he said "No charge" and handed me the keys. I am 70 years old, have owned many vehicles and have dealt with countless tire businesses, but HAVE NEVER EXPERICENCED SUCH KINDNESS BY ANY TIRE BUSINESS OR STORE MANGER IN MY LIFE, LIKE I DID WITH THE HB BEACH BLVD ALLEN TIRE AND VYRON. Will never make the mistake of buying auto tires from Amazon again and will only use the HB Beach Blvd location.

Management change in the last six weeks and unfortunately, the new manager is not good for business. I own an exotic car shop around the corner and have been doing business with this place for over a decade. The new manager does not want to touch any of our vehicles because they are “too expensive” I am the ideal customer for a tire shop drop vehicles off with no pressure to have them returned always pay in cash typically tip the technicians $20-$100 per visit, depending on the complexity of what we are asking for it is an absolute shame. This shop used to be so good our Allen Tire company please bring in a new manager for this store. I completely understand not wanting to take an exotic or expensive car off the street but when you have existing business with an existing good client, you don’t turn business like that away. I even gave them a second chance by bringing the wheel off of the vehicle for a simple valve, stem change, and they still turned me away. Very very sad.

Booked an appointment today 2/3/26. Unfortunately I did not have the best situation today. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and loved the professional and friendly atmosphere. Today’s experience was a stark contrast. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot the employee, who turned out to be the manager, came up to me at my car. He asked, “What are you doing here?” Did not address me in a friendly manner at all. This was an immediate turn off. I asked him why, and he said it was a “liability” thing because of the way my engine sounded. He brought over a worker and the worker was just as cold as the manager. He also agreed to not work on my car. My bad vibes just went through the roof after their “check” which was very prejudicial. Like isn’t the point of coming to this place to check on things? Also, I asked the unprofessional man who rudely greeted me who the manager is… and he said it was himself. I give this manager props for being a rude person; he really does not want customers. I’ll make sure to report this incident. Above all, I will NOT come back to this place. You guys lost a good customer.

Today we woke up to a nail in our back tire of our Tesla. We ended up dropping by a couple of tire shops who said they were “too busy when they saw it was a Tesla” to patch our tire before we came to here. (Mind you, there were no cars in their que). When we arrived here, they were truly busy. But they didn’t give attitude. Kayla, the assist Manager and Nick came out and helped my husband right away. They were amazing! A breath of fresh air. It’s already stressful with a nail in your tire, experiencing what we did before getting here. So they turned everything around! thoroughly enjoyable experience in buying a new tire from the management team to All the techs I thank you. I came in with a nail in my tire, though I did know I had to replace it because of the placement of the nail The Team made it so easy and light , so thorough in nature they inspected my car rotated my tires. Went there this morning for 4 new tires on my Kia. Got quoted $1100 which was nuts. The guy "with a beard" was snobby when I asked him for cheaper price. I went to big o tires and got them for $500 all in. Being a client for 15 years I will never go back there again.
