Paid 13 dollars on the touch free car wash. Did absolutely nothing, car is still dirty. Certainly a waste of money on my end.

Great brushless and touchless wash. If you don't want swirls with the brushes this is the place to go. Price is a bit high for a basic wash and undercarriage 13.00 but it saves your paint from those brushes.

Two choices: brushless and regular. Can't go wrong. Personally I think regular cleans way better, but if you are worried about the brushes leaving streaks on your car, you can choose the other method.

I paid $10 for the basic wash. What got washed was the back half of the hood, one side of the roof, and most of the sides but not the trunk at all. I asked for a refund at the counter, and the two people behind the counter agreed that I deserved one but were not allowed to give refunds.

It's great if your car is already clean and you want a touch-up. Not so great if your car is dirty.

First and last time going to this car wash, my car is still dirty, this might work if your car is barely dusty but for dirty cars won’t do anything. I paid for the full service $25, but my car still came out dirty.

This car wash has a lot of problems with rinsing. The back of my car is filled with soap and I’m told I have to wait 15 more minutes to go through the car wash again. It is not my problem the car wash itself didn’t rinse my car. I don’t see why I should have to wait to get another car wash to rinse the car. I already pay for the unlimited $53. What could’ve been remedied easily was for them to give me a free car wash code ( which has been done the last 2 times this happened) to go in and rinse my car but instead I was met with staff who never take any responsibility for the car wash itself since they say they do not run the car wash. It would be nice if they would put actual all town employees at the car wash that could help with these types of issues. Unfortunately this is the only car wash around with working hours that are good for people with jobs so we are all forced to continue to use this establishment.

Consistently wait for 45-60 minutes in line for the touchless wash, which is over priced, but is one of two touchless car washes I’m aware of in Fairfield County, the other being the Shell station in Darien. Someone put us out of our misery and open another touchless car wash in Fairfield county.

Cannot recommend if you have a Tesla. Of the two washes, I chose the wash with brushes (NOT touch free). It is complicated by the fact that you have to UNBUCKLE (and hang out the window) to reach their touch screen of pay and start the car wash. Unbuckling a Tesla automatically pops the car out of car wash mode. The coveyor tried to pull the car in before we could reconfigure the car for car wash mode. We have damage to one tire/rim requiring both be repaired. The car wash should be programmed to give another 20 seconds before attempting to "pull the car in" after you hit "go". The manager/cashier acknowledged it is a recurring problem for Teslas. Who knows how many Tesla's may have been damaged here. Our estimate from Tesla for the repair is $814.
