I would have really hoped to leave a positive review after working with this auto body shop but unfortunately I can’t and I hope to be able to update my post that they have remedied the situation, sadly this post is due to the fact they haven’t: The shop gladly took my car and scheduled repairs that took “longer than anticipated” as the “tried” to fix my vehicle properly. Possibly the shop is not equipped to resolve mechanical problems sufficiently as when I did pick up the vehicle not only was I left with misinformation leading me to pay “additional costs” due to their inability to fix my car and coordinate with the insurance company. Beware the review posted by “friends” of the shop as they may be the cause of your delays and further financial costs not anticipated. The communication is nasty and phone calls unreturned. Their pleasure in taking your vehicle and money do not extend to their desire to leave customers satisfied. Beware.........

Three years ago, I was recommended to take my car to Almeida after I crashed it into a parking meter post. Although it was a minor accident, Almeida left my car looking brand new again. Fast forward to 2019, I, unfortunately, got into my very first car accident with the same vehicle. The front passenger side of my car was dented in. Without a doubt, I drove my damaged vehicle to Almeida’s Auto Body shop. Once again, they delivered! Not only does my car look impeccable on the outside, but they also left the inside of my car smelling clean and spotless! Joe made this process as painless as possible for me -- he dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated and informed along the way. It was a pleasure working with Joe! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I want to thank Almeida's Auto Body of Yonkers for their fantastic work! They are honest, reliable, and professional! If you are looking for a shop that will leave your vehicle looking brand new again, Almeida is your place! Highly recommend! Because of Almeida, my car is in pristine condition, again!

I have brought in various cars to Almeida over the years and the cars always come back perfect. For those that are not using insurance the pricing is very fair and reasonable. On top of that the cars come back fully detailed in and out. Most places just give the car a wash. Highly recommend!

My lease was ending on a car. It was hit twice in the front (minor damage to grill, moderate damage to other trims and bumper), and also had a couple dents and dings. I brought the car to them, and Joe quickly gave me a price on the repair ($600). Alemida's fixed the car, and made it look brand new. Couldn't tell anything was ever touched on the car. I even got a follow up call from Joe a week later just to make sure I was happy with it. Skip 3 months later. I had my lease inspection. Guy looked at the car for 45 minutes, looked in the engine bay, behind the bumper. Found nothing. Gave me a $0 charge sticker. That's what I call an an awesome job. Thanks guys

My son’s 2003 white Honda CRV had a silver hood. We asked Joe if he could paint the hood white and the side mirror. The car looks like it came out of the dealership. An outstanding job!! My son is amazed at the beautiful work that Almeida’s auto body did. They not only painted professionally but got rid of scratches that were on the sides of the doors & handles. I recommend them for all your auto body needs. My son said it’s great to have a trustworthy, exceptional auto body shop that we can use when needed. Thank you for a job well done!!

My sister recommended me to bring my car in after she had some work done on her vehicle. The owner told me straight out and was very honest about the work that needed to be done and what he will do. In two days he had my car fix and ready to be pick up. He is a man of his word and his work is awesome. He did such great fabulous work. I am very happy and I will recommend him to anyone. Almeida is a great auto body shop and Joe is the best! He fixed my 2014 Maserati for a reasonable price and made it look brand new! There is nobody better. Over the years, I've brought him Mercedes Benz's and several BMW's and they all came out perfectly! I am a car guy so I wouldn't settle for anything less than mint and Joe and Almeida deliver every time. I highly recommend him for his work and for his friendly attitude. He takes pride in every job he does. He even goes the extra mile and cleans and waxes the entire car. It always looks like I just drove it out of the showroom. Just an update: Joe fixed my 2017 Maserati as well! He made a new car.....new again! He's the best there is!
