Had my 9-3 2.8t taken for starting and electrical isssuesa few months back. They did a diagnostic and told me the issue (something i never thought would cause these problems but man knows his saabs) a price. Here i am months later giving them a 5 stars becuase my car hasn't had any further issues with what was fixed.

Slawek & Fiona are both terrific to work with. So often when we go to an auto shop we find ourselves unsure if we got everything we needed, or really needed everything we got. Alpine Euro Automotive is outstanding in their commitment to providing top-tier technical, mechanical, and customer service. I have had my '09 Saab Sportcombi in a couple of times to address a few fairly minor issues (the car has been quite reliable!), and they have always given me a fair and reasonable assessment. The technician, Slawek, will even go out of his way to call me and provide a technical breakdown of the work being performed and why. As someone who does a fair bit of wrenching, I really appreciate the extra effort. Fiona(?) listens closely to my requests and/or concerns, asks thoughtful questions to help suss out the issue I'm trying to explain, and she has never tried to pitch me on any overly expensive or un-necessary work. I have owned several vehicles over the years, both foreign and domestic, and have visited many shops. Alpine Euro Automotive has proven to be the absolute best, by far, in workmanship, thoroughness, and customer service.

TL, DR: If you have a European car and you want thew finest, most skilled service, take it to Fiona and Slawek at Alpine Euro Automotive. Simple. Long: Alpine Euro Automotive is the last of the great highly skilled, customer focused, particular and caring auto shops. Fiona and Slawek are both fantastic in their knowledge and passion, but also great care and skill. I started by taking my Saab to them a few years ago. Not many people know Saabs since the brand hasn't built a car in 10 years, but Fiona and Slawek are mad passionate about euro cars, they know Saabs like the back of their hand and can not only repair anything, but pre empt with proper maintenance. They also never advise doing beyond what is needed. They have taken tremendous care and kept my Saab running like a top. Now we take our Volvo to them and we know it is in the best possible hands. Oh and as a bonus, they are simply delightful people.

Two weeks prior I had purchased an Audi Q7 with about a hundred thousand miles. I noticed a good oil leak after I made the purchase and brought it to Alpine. He diagnosed the cause and gave me a really good quote. Also he took pictures of the process because it was pretty in-depth. The before and after pictures were phenomenal. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you guys so much for being so professional.

Very honest business! I feel terrible that I never acquainted myself to Alpine before. I've always used a specific Saab master mechanic for my Saabs for 15 years. I needed a quick repair and a diagnostic for a potential issue. Looked up mechanics who worked on Saabs and came across AEA. They took care of me in a quick manner, and they were able to give me a diagnosis with my concern. Great communication. Super professional! You know walking into a shop how your experience will be. The shop was clean and everything was in its place! I would highly recommend drivers who still own Saabs to have AEA maintenance their vehicle!

I went to Alpine a while back to fix my SAAB and to find someone who knows how to work on Saab’s is rare. They got me in that day and fixed my engine problems and made it seem like my car is brand new. They also did a few cosmetic work on the house! Absolutely the best company to work with and in such a time like this I am always glad to support a local company who cares about each individual like they do. They also have a referral discount which most companies don’t even care about because they already think they have your business back. Definitely going back with all my cars in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Where to even begin. I would give all the stars in the sky to Alpine if Google allowed. True blue, tried and true. A++^10. This shop and it's staff are absolutely amazing, and 100% have inspired the most trust, respect, and adoration I have ever experienced for a mechanic/shop. Fiona and Slawek are not only absolute professionals, but their communication and patience are absolutely mind blowing. Both have taken time with me on the phone (while busy) to help diagnose issues (several times in a day in one case) and both have never been anything but professional, patient, and very kind and giving of their deep well of knowledge. I consider both to be friends at this point, and two of the most righteous people I've ever had dealings with. Fiona (she'll answer your call), is an absolute sweetheart, and no slouch when it comes to automotive knowledge. Slawek, my hero and genius with European cars, not only does fantastic work, but works extremely hard and turns out large jobs with grace and prompt perfection. If you have a European car and are having issues you can't handle, call Alpine Euro. You can't go wrong with giving your business to them. Prestigious echelon of humanity, and fantastic mechanical work and knowledge shine out of both of them. They will amaze you and deserve the highest kudos in the land. I've been to other Saab shops around Denver, and will never take my car to anyone else, even after my first visit with these amazing people. I've been taking my Saab here for a few years now. Slawek is very knowledgeable and honest. He is an expert in Saabs. Pricing is fair. I've always had a great experience and will continue to support them with my business.
