I brought my car in last Saturday for an oil change and to have my brakes looked at because my brake light was on. Half the day went by and didn’t hear any updates on my brakes so I called. I was told that my rear brake line needed to be replaced. When I asked what the cost was for that, the man said “he didn’t tell you the cost when he called you earlier?” Never received a phone call informing me on what needed to be repaired before they started the work. I let it slide but because I am now irritated about a different situation I’m writing it up. I received a phone call a few hours later stating that the part they ordered was incorrect and that they would have to do research in finding the correct part. Monday went by, Tuesday went by, and majority of Wednesday went by without an update. I decided to call Wednesday at 5:11 PM and spoke with someone who said they would get in touch with the mechanic “doing the research” and would get back to me. It is now Friday and I still haven’t heard anything back. I called this afternoon a few times and it seems like my calls are being ignored. Also, their voicemail hasn’t been setup so you can’t even leave a message. I will be taking my car to a different garage. No updates at all while I’m driving around with a leaking rear brake line that prohibits me from making emergency stops. The amount of time I’ve waited and now ignored is unacceptable. Poor customer service and bad communication.

I contacted the shop first to make sure they had the tires I needed. Emad the owner, was very nice, polite and professional. Emad (one of the owner's) greeted me upon arrival, and took care of me immediately. He gave me great price on 2 tires and a oil change. I've been trying to find a good dependable, reliable and honest shop and I believe I just may have found it. I definitely would recommend this shop to everyone, especially to all my fellow lady driver's.

I must say Amer Bond Tires & Auto Repair is honestly one of the best places hands down. I found a phenomenal deal on Facebook Market Place and spoke with Emad to clarify / get a quote on 4 new tires. Emad served me with top tier customer service and also informed me that the price of the new tires comes with mounting and balancing. This was a price I could not pass up. Although Emad was not in the office on the date of service, he provided me with the next point of contact at the shop by the name of Asmar. Upon arrival, Asmar greeted me and knew the exact quote that was discussed, which there was no hassle at all. Even though I had a budget, I was then told that I needed new front brake pads. I was not in hesitation of adding on this service because in my mind, a car can be replaced, not ME. This was overall a 10/10 experience and not to mention the job was quick and the workers were super efficient. My car is riding smooth and i’m back in business. NOTE!: after writing this review, the manager in question sent me a VERY nasty text message accusing me of "crying like a baby" and trying to scam the business and being dishonest because I "tried to fix the car but messed it up" even though the transmission shop was the first and only hands to touch the transmission! I've come to realize that the business wasn't at fault, it was the manager. My car is still being junked, though. boiling down the whole situation. When I got new tires I was told I would be getting two different widths and it wouldn't cause any issues. A month later my transmission blows up while I was driving and after a bit of research I discovered that different tire heights can cause this issue. After measuring my tires I discovered I received two different HEIGHTS! My driver side was taller, my passenger side was lower. I took it to a transmission shop and they pulled it out and looked inside, then told me that the damage was 100% caused by the different tire sizes. The transmission shop has been in business for 50 years and every technician there said the same thing. I called the tire shop and the manager told me I had no proof and basically told me to sue them for the repairs because they weren't going to fix their mistake.

3 experiences and so far so good. (Knock on wood) All for tire patch or replacement. I get a lot of nails for some reason. It’s tires: not rocket science. Care, basic knowledge and fair prices seem to be the recipe for success, and I think they have it down well. They hand start your lugs (my biggest pet peeve when someone doesn’t, this isn’t a pit crew) and if you’ve ever had to deal with a cross threaded lug, you know what I’m saying. All 3 times I paid close attention and they hand start the lugs! They treat you well when you come in, set realistic expectations and are just nice people. Thank you.

Spoke with a guy named Imad or something similar to that name. wanted to change my tire so I called before to make sure they have the tire in my budget. I got there and not only they didn’t have it they tried to convince me to buy a more expensive tire. Bad customer service. Will never go back there. Be aware!

I found my new go-to tire shop today! I came in thinking I needed a whole new tire, but the owner took the time to really check it out and was completely honest with me. He told me it just needed a patch, which would be much cheaper. I truly appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity. I mentioned another place had quoted me $180 for a replacement, and he said he hates seeing people get taken advantage of. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty these days! I saw an ad on Facebook marketplace that seemed way too good to be true. I messaged Jad and he was very responsive and informative. I decided that the deal was too good to pass up and even though I’m in Naples Florida I decided to make the trip to tampa. I have ZERO regrets. They delivered exactly what they promised. They removed the 33” tires from my stick rims and mounted and balanced the new 35” tires and it was done in 45 minutes. The 2025 wrangler drives just as good as stock and I couldn’t be happier. Both Jad and the manager were polite. The store was clean. The staff all seemed good looking and eager to work and friendly. I couldn’t be more impressed. Being in law enforcement, keeping your word, being on time and not wasting my time and energy is all priority to me. I have decided that dealing with these guys and this shop is worth the drive up and back from naples for me. I will be dealing with them again and “make it a day in tampa” to justify the hike. We have been her twice now and both times we had an outstanding experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience at this tire shop! I needed a tire patched quickly and was worried about the cost and being generalized because of being a woman but they were upfront incredibly affordable and honest. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. They repaired my tire quickly and efficiently. I had my son with me and Sam made it such a fun experience for him he even allowed him to engage with some tools and buttons, and some really cool other things that has to do with cars parts because my son is a car fanatic!!! (4years old). It’s so refreshing to find a shop that I feel is trustworthy and genuinely cares about their customers instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services. I called tire mount and auto repair on 124 W Hillsborough Ave several times throughout the day, looking for a particular new tire for my girlfriend’s Mercedes, and each time spoke to Emad, a friendly & knowledgeable service man The main brand of truck, SUV, and passenger tires, carried by this business, are Cosmo tires I settled on a new Cosmo El jefe HT 235/65R17 for $98.17. Watching from outside the bay, my mechanic removed the tire from the vehicle, then the rim, before replacing it with the new tire and balancing it The mechanic was professional in his work and respectful of my girlfriends vehicle When I made a Customer Service request that the other three tires were properly aired up to Mercedes psi specifications, he did not disappoint. I’m thoroughly pleased with my experience at tire mount and auto repair, and More-so with the professionalism of Emad & my mechanic. The level of Customer Service provided by tire mount and auto repair before, during, and after the sale, was top tier. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Total cost: $118.25
