Ameri Benz is one of the best Mercedes shop I ever been to in this area. Technicians are knowledgeable honest with sound customer service. And the price is always been amazing!!! I have been using Ameri Benz over 7 years and I always refer the shop to friends ,associates & family members. I have been an Ameri Benz customer for several years. I have an older model 500 CLK convertible Mercedes. Ameri Benz has been more than accommodating when I call them at the last minute with car issues. They always find time to squeeze me in without an appointment. They always provide a very detailed diagnostic of all issues with respect to my car and provide a step-by-step analysis of the costs of repairs including itemized listings of costs of parts and labor and suggestions. I even enjoy discounts from them for being a preferred customer. Their work is outstanding and I love the quality of service, honesty and integrity!! I have been to other Mercedes Benz repair dealers, but this one is the best in the area hands down.

Wow! Wow and MORE WOW! I LOVE this company. I have been getting services done at this location for the last few years. They are AMAZING they take care of your vehicle and are honest each step of the process. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. They take pride in their work! The waiting room is convenient and they have free wifi for their customers. I even remember in the Summer time they had frozen drinks for their customers. I trust my car with them and their prices are fair. If your thinking about taking your car here, you should! You will be happy you did!

Since my very first encounter, Ameri Benz and its staff have met my vehicle service needs over and over again. From the friendly inviting feel you get upon approaching the location by everyone on site, to the detailed description of your vehicle’s issues without the nickel and dime feel, Ameri Benz has consistently hit the mark. I've been loyal to Ameri Benz because throughout every car service encounter because they continuously take their delivery of professional, customer-focused service new heights. During a recent visit, I had work done on my engine that took about 5-6 hours to complete. The Owner Metaila went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only comfortable while I waited, but he himself offered to provide me lunch since time taken to complete the job had spilled into the lunch hour. I immediately thought to myself “WOW, now that’s service!” His gesture was 5-star to me because I'd never had an auto mechanic shop pay such close attention to my needs. I have been having my SUV serviced at Ameri Benz for over four years. Metalgne and his team are honest and knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles. Their waiting room and bathroom is clean. When I leave, I can say that I am a satisfied customer. Update: We relocated 400 miles away but purchased another Mercedes from a private owner in the DMV. Since it had not been driven in over 2 years, we had it serviced before leaving town. Because of the great service we had received over the years, we went back to Metalgne and his team at Ameri Benz. They did not disappoint. Fast forward two months later, we took the vehicle to the Mercedes service center in our town to take care of a recall. Our car passed their inspection with flying colors. We could not have been more pleased with the quality service we once again received.

I wanted to share my fabulous experience at Ameri Benz Auto Services. I am ALWAYS pleased when I go to service my car because of the satisfying customer service and care I receive from them. All their staff are knowledgeable, patient, caring and very professional. On top of everything no one can beat their price! Their price is AMAZING for the excellent quality service they provide and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced! Perfect location to have a bite or get somethings done while waiting for your services. Busboys and Poets, nail spa and a couple of coffee shops are available that are just walking distance from Ameri Benz Auto Service. The location makes my wait productive all the time! They also have free WiFi, drinks and snacks in their lounge. I would highly recommend Ameri Benz Auto Services. Thank you so much, you are true Professional!

I highly recommend this great Auto Service Shop. I purchased my Mercedes 350e in the pandemic and I searched for a mechanic here locally in Bladensburg. From the time I just got an oil change to now getting some maintenance on my coolant system AmeriBenz has been reliable, honest, and has taken excellent care of my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a one on one relationship with your mechanic. The mechanic calls me to discuss my options and the different aspects I can take to make my car better. Regular maintenance needs are discussed and this establishment is minority owned.

I have been going to Ameri Benz for 8 years. They have great service. I have been completely satisfied with the hands on service and advice from Metallic and his team. I can go to them for any issue I have, they respond and assist me immediately and efficiently. They are the one service center I completely trust. They have always treated me like family. Been going to them for over 25 years. Today 3/22 waited 5 hours for a part to come in. Mind you, I called 2 days in advance for them to order the part. Was told the part would be there. It wasn't! Do you think I was offered a discount. Nope 😞! Decide for yourself.......

Took my 9 year GLK there for ignition coils replacement. Just slightly lower than the dealer. I was told I would get an email with recommended work. Never received! Not sure if I will go back. The dealer is high, but better location, facilities, car wash, and loaner may cover the difference in price.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for a while now, and they’ve worked on three of my cars over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst. My car was with them for over three months with zero communication from their end. The only times I received any updates were because I reached out first. On two separate occasions, I was given dates that my car would be ready — neither of those dates were honored, and again, no one called to update me. When I finally picked up my car, my total was $1,700 more than the price we initially discussed. To make matters worse, when I inspected my car, I noticed my grille was broken. When I asked about it and inquired about having it fixed, I was completely ignored. Yes, they do good work on the cars themselves, but between the lack of communication, surprise costs, and damage to my vehicle that they refused to acknowledge, I can’t recommend this shop. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.

These guys are the real deal. The lady at the front desk (forgot to ask her name) is super nice. Abraham and Abel are super knowledgeable. The mechanics got my B3 service very quickly. As well as my coolant flush and differential fluid change. They made sure everything was done right and im very happy with their work. The shop is clean and the office always smells good. Thank you guys, keep up the great work !
