This America tire is very busy at all times. I had an appointment on Thursday afternoon and their system was glitching and not working. I was not happy at the time however I end up showing up early on Friday morning to get it done. They services is fast and getting it done quicker than Costco. Make sure to make appointment so it save you a lot of time and money that you can do something else.

Went to this store for the first time to get new tires. I highly recommend this location. Keith, the manager runs a very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable crew. Min helped me with picking the tires I needed and price matched tires I looked up online and that was very helpful for my budget. Make an appointment online or call the store before you go, especially if you need to go on a Saturday. They will do their best to get you out in 15 minutes but don’t expect that if you walk in on a Saturday :).

Waited 30 minutes when I had an appointment. Was not acknowledged about if I had an appointment or what was needed with about 3 other people also waiting to be attended. Opted out of getting service done here. Only purchased tires which I had all the info for and knew they had in stock. They Refused credit card transaction and said Cash only when I knew they take card just to hassle me, Joseph M Benavidez was the advisor. Took the tires to get them installed at another shop across the block within 15 minutes for a cheaper price than was quoted Sentury Touring 195/60/15 are the tires purchased. Wouldn’t recommend this location for service

Ran over a nail and brought my car here to get it fixed last week on Thursday. They did it for free but I had to wait over 3 hours. Told me it was an easy fix. Drove my car home thinking all was good. Didn't drive any where during the weekend. Came Monday morning the car tire warning popped back on. The psi went from 36 to 26. Brought my car to a different auto shop and they said the patch was not done correctly and they cannot redo it so had to get a new tire. I could have spent $20 and took 10 minutes to patch a flat tire. Instead I ended up having to pay for a new tire because of America's Tire inadequate work. Never going back here again.

Try to sell windshield wipers without checking them first. Try to upsell tires. Make an appointment online for simple tire rotation still have to wait 40 minutes or more before they work on your car.

Before I visited America's Tire. I heard how well the team there treat their customers. Just people in general. Didn't believe it until I had my own experience. Christopher and Joseph provided honest professional and exceptional customer service. This was just for air pressure check due to tire pressure sensor light on. The cause of this was due having 2 nails/ screws in 1 tire. I thought for sure they would pressure me into buying a set of tires instead of repairing. They provided flat repair for free. Amazing and beyond my expectations. My next tire purchase will America's Tire.

I have been servicing my car tires for over three years now, was a Costco customer for a long time but Costco is always busy that make waiting time and scheduling hard for me. My first visit was because of a nail and they fixed it for free, then I have purchased three sets with them aleeady. I highly recommend the certificate purchase. There was one time I hit a nail on side way that is un-repairable and the certificate covers the replacement. One new tire is more than double the certificate cost so it is worth. The guys here are very friendly and professional with their job.

had a nail in tire with 7k miles. was told it couldn't be fixed and had to be replaced so I spend over $500 on a new tire for them to scratch my new rims and not tell me. rushed me out because they gave me the car 35 mins after close. tried calling immediately after noticing and they were already closed. I will be returning tomorrow. hopefully they do the right thing and replace/fix . this is not cool //("Update"); I took car in the next morning. Manager comes to see and doesn't understand how it happened. Even told me the scratch looks old. I told him its definitely not Old. He later sends some third party guy to my house to fix the rim and WoW he did a good job making the rim look brand new again. so thank you BUT buyers beware to check your rims for damage. would recommend to take pics of your rims prior to getting them serviced.

I just wanted to inflate my tires. I had always replaced them at a US tire shop before, so I came here specially. I ended up waiting in the inflation area for half an hour, but no one paid any attention to me. I told a staff member that I wanted to inflate my tires, and they told me to park in a designated area, but nothing happened.

Excellent service as usual. Wife had a blow out due to hitting some debris on the road. These guys took care of it under road hazard warranty. We also replaced one tire to match the new warranteed tire, which they also gave us a great price on. Okay man with the new car with the wheel locks and no wheel lock from the dealership You know it's all good You can get these things off Good guys here in American tire set us up with a new set of locks on the wheels checked our tires for issues cuz we had one tire that was down in pressure and you got us back on the road real quick less than an hour sometimes no longer you know there's a lot of cars out there and there's a lot of people who need things repaired and they just wait you know get premeditative maintenance come here get you know they do other things to the cars you know other services get those things done keep your car ready to go what we call turnkey you know you turn the key and it's ready to go a thousand miles You know that's what you need You want to be able to get to where you're going point A to point b and you can't go wrong here at American tires.
