My truck had a loud rattling noise when I would stop and idle, I was referred to American Eagle by my mechanic, Dick tightened up some bolts and didnt even charge me, I thought I was gonna need a new catalytic converter ($$$). He's a great honest mechanic, I will always use him and highly recommend him!

Only place I have ever used this last time he could have charged me a lot more after cutting the entire exhaust apart to find all the pieces of the cat that had got lodged through out, he welded it all back together and told me that he couldn’t condemn that exhaust it was still in good shape. Honest and fair.

Do not go to this establishment. He is crooked. He diagnosed my vehicle wrong, charged me and then refused to give me my money back after he said he would. He lied about send ing me a portion of my money and got rude and hung up on me. I want to Bonnie and Clyde and they fixed my issue by turning a piece of metal 1/8 of an inch and send me on my way. This is the worst business dealings I have ever experienced. He is terrible and a con. I would not let him work on my Tonka toy. He is supposed to be an expert at exhaust but could tell there was a custom exhaust that made the vehicle a little louder. Unbelievable .I will fight him for every last cent of my money back.

He made an appointment with me for 1:00. I showed up on time and nobody there and place is locked up. I waited 25 minutes in the cold and finally called and called. Finally he answers, you made an appointment with me for 1:00 and nobody is here? “Yeah, I didn’t come in today” why did you make an appointment with me for today then. “ thought I’d feel better by then” I drove all the way in from Burbank with open exhaust cause someone tried to steal my catalytic converter and he suggests just leave your truck and put the keys under the mat and I’ll try to get it tomorrow. What and walk home to Burbank I’m the cold? What horrible customer service. He could have let me know he wasn’t really there. Worthless and inconsiderate.

Rated a "5", for work done meticulously. Be prepared to be there awhile. Dick does a very high quality job. I had dual exhaust installed, and was very happy. The only downside is the, "first come first served" service. I don't like that anywhere but in a restaurant. If 2 people show up at the same time, you are running for the door. Uncomfortable.

Worst customer service!!! Had an app. at 930 to get muffler installed. One of the guys friends do showed up worked on there car instead almost 11 and still nothing. I made the app for a reason.. so I went to bonnie and Clydes muffler got muffler installed within 20-30min and there work is amazing and great customer service..

I went to this business for kind of a different exhaust for my truck. It's a 1974 ford f100 4x4 with headers and if anyone knows these trucks running 2.5 inch to the back of the truck in between the transfer case can be tricky. Richard did a great job. I am hard to please, and I walked away very happy. Keep in mind this gentleman is elderly and pretty much a one man show. He does have a friend come by and help every so often, but none the less he knows his work and does a great job in a timely manner.

I tried to find an exhaust system for my 2013 Boss 302 and everywhere I looked was either not helpful, very expensive, or they wouldn't listen to what I wanted. I brought my car to Richard and was not disappointed! He takes customer service VERY serious! He walked me through everything he could do while listening to everything I wanted and helped me get the growl my Boss deserves! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for exhaust work! Richard went far above and beyond for me and saved me hundreds compared to others in the area. Thank you for amazing work and a wonderful friendly experience!
