I have used this company for 20 years and only come here. Today I drove in and they got me vehicle done within a couple hours. Sometimes I have to drop off but not today. Great people all around.

These guys and gals are friendly and are happy to explain their tint options and help you pick what fits your budget and make sure it looks the way you're envisioning. My tint looks sharp, totally what I wanted. The shop is pretty bare bones on the inside but that's not important to me. Only thing I'd love to see is to provide Uber or Lyft rides for people dropping off their cars.

Poor work. Terrible customer service. The owner or manager was verbally abusing one of the workers. Plus they refused to guarantee a product. Makes me wonder if the positive reviews were fake. My experience was on par with the negative ones. Addendum 8/14: Had more auto windows done at Bentonville Glass. Very professional, high quality work, excellent education about to treat windows post tinting. Makes American Tinting look even worse, if that's possible.

I had my wife's windows tinted today. I could tell it was out of the ordinary, but there was only one person working. He was installing, answering the phones, taking deliveries, basically doing it all. I do not mention this in a negative way. I overheard him say that something unavoidable came up as to why he was working solo. Even though he was super busy doing all this, he still had a wonderful attitude and did an awesome job. The windows look great and he had me ready to go 30 minutes after my appointment time. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience! When I went in, the guy who installs the tint had the machine cut it to my style of window, 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee, but the machine cut it wrong. OOPS! It ended up being too short so he was going to cut it by hand. I was impressed BUT he didn't have enough of the percent I was looking for. He offered to do a lighter tint but me being picky opted to waiting until he ordered more. It was only a few days wait. Anyway, the story concluded with them doing whatever it took to keep me happy and that was the best experience I have had with a tint shop. They were able to accommodate me and what I wanted my tint to look like. They are the best in my opinion! Thank you, all!

Unbelievably beautiful job on my home windows! This company will not rest until their customers are 110% satisfied. From the owner to the installers, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Called for an appointment, dropped my ride off, a few hours later had a great window tint that truly helped improve the look and feel of my truck. They did a great and professional job. I can tell the materials are quality and the appearance looks like it was put on when they built my truck at the factory. This was my first vehicle that I had tinted and I was worried that I'd get a shoddy job or deal with some crazy people. Nothing like that at AWT. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone I meet when discussing tinting.

Just picked up my car. It looks like they did a good job, they said the bubbles will fade within 10 days, so as long as that does happen, everything looks good. Kind of disappointed in the cleanliness of the car after I picked it up though. I had just detail cleaned everything and cleaned and condition the leather because we just bought the car used and I’m going to have to clean it again, it’s not terrible, but not in the condition that I dropped it off in.

I was very happy with the tinting service here. Chad set up my appt in a few days when I called and got my car done in a little over an hour. He was professional and friendly and did a great job with fair pricing. They have recently changed their name to CoolVu Auto Spa so look for that signage. The waiting room is pretty bare bones but there in an Onyx Coffee Shop about a block away so I waited there. My only complaint was I called a few times the week before and no one answered so I left a message and never got a return call. But once I did finally get Chad on the phone a few days later, he was helpful. Also they offer a lifetime warranty on window tinting!
