Very professional, patient and above all, honest I'm fairly new to this area and it's nice to know that there is a an honest shop close by. Subaru starter motor. We had 2 shops look at an intermittent problem. Neither could figure it out. Took it to Anderson's, they diagnosed within minutes, ordered part, and repaired the following day. Very friendly, helpful, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Went to pick up my truck today after they've had it for 7 months. They broke a side mirror off. Which was a new mirror installed about 2 years ago. They said it just randomly dropped which then broke the glass. They also broke a visor clip. Tried to ignore that and drive off, but it kept dying. Died about 20 times trying to go about a block. And my gauges no longer work. And one turn signal doesn't work. By the time I parked back at the shop it wouldn't start again at all. I don't know how it all worked for them and they said it was ready to go, but so much was wrong for me. It was running and driving when I left it; they broke a lot more than they fixed. Also, it's filthy. New, expensive paint job and they left it outside for about 7 months and there's clearly been standing water in it (no top on it) so now my new body work will rust. They could've at least wiped it down. Their excuse is turnover. No one knows what they’re doing, Chad doesn’t want to work; just sits in the office chatting every time I go in. And he never once called me with an update. I constantly had to call to find out anything and then it was always some new excuse. The worst mechanic, and I’ve restored two cars and used many mechanics.

Great service. Always helpful, very competent in their work. Courteous and always willing to help. They were able to get my car in for an emergency repair on a Saturday morning, they replaced my alternator in a little over an hour. Since this is my only vehicle it meant a lot to have the repair done so quickly. I would recommend them highly.

I have brought my Expedition to Chad for the last few years and he is always kind, reasonably priced and honest about his work!! I moved from Lake Dallas to Plano a few months ago and had issue with my truck getting stuck in park. I drove all the way to Lake Dallas for the diagnostic and repair because I TRUST Chad to get it down right, and sure enough he did! There’s a reason Anderson’s Auto is rate 5 stars! Just wanted to say thank you to Chad. He was hit with a busy week with an employee out. Was very professional, went the extra mile taking a look at my car to help me figure out was wrong. Even though there were something he couldn’t help me with (due to my own decision on my car, which requires special tools to work with) he really went out of his way to do his best. Spoke with Chad about rebuilding engine or buying a used engine. The costs would’ve been close to the same; however, the used engine had half the mileage and a year warranty. I choose the used engine because of mileage and warranty, but was skeptical because I knew I took care of my car and had no idea how the previous owner of the used engine took care of it. After getting vehicle back, it runs like new. No problems that I can tell. Customer service was great, and turn around time was awesome! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

I moved here a few months ago and I was terrified of looking for a new mechanic especially as a woman. Came here on a recommendation from a coworker and I will not be going anywhere else. Chad is a great guy and he has a great crew. It’s a smallish shop with a very nice hometown mechanic vibe. Everyone was nice and the service was quick. I’ve had people try and rip me off before but Chad was honest and the pricing was fair. Didn’t try and sell me anything my car didn’t need which I really appreciated. It’s not the fanciest place I’ve ever been but if you want a fair price and a job well done, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

While waiting for my turn to speak to Chad, I watched him show genuine care and commitment to each and every customer. From reviewing what a code means and reassuring someone that they are safe to drive their vehicle to Florida for the week, or a customer having concerns about smoke from their engine and it being simple condensation evaporating off their engine and offering his experience and advice in exchange for them to simply keep returning to him for future business, all the way to recommending a fair and reputable transmission shop and calling the shop to get a quote for the customer without receiving a penny for his effort. Based on my own personal experience as a customer, and others (including other mechanics), I believe that you can expect an honest evaluation of your vehicle's issues and a more than fair price for his services

They could do better had my engine and radiator replaced quoted me the wrong price to start with added on $1,000 from the original quote. They didn't fix the coolant leak and they didn't put the piece that holds the bar that holds up my hood back on.

I needed a water pump replaced and we called many auto repair shops for prices and availability and Anderson Auto Repair was the most reasonably priced. They were able to get me my car in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. Will definitely be using them in the future for any of my repair/maintenance work.
