The "event" started when I met Colin at 8:30am. He was polite, professional and respectful. What a way to start my day. We were there for the Gold Ceramic Pro treatment on our "new to us" 2007 Corvette Convertible. It was in good shape for a 2007 but we never dreamed it would look new again. We picked up our beauty at 5:00pm. Met Colin's partner and fell in love with that gorgious Monterey Red Corvette all over again.

Listen, there are many shops that I am sure do a good job and probably some that do a great job... APC is one of those that blows your mind every time at the caliber of work they do. I brought my 1970 BMW 2002 in to have work done and although I thought it was in good shape, the way it came out was as close to a new paint job as you can get. I have brought multiple cars here including my daily drivers for basic work, and have left happy every time.

I can't speak more highly of the team here at APC auto. I took my car in for a full Ceramic Pro Kavaca PPF. They are an elite Ceramic Pro dealer! Colin who works at the front office was very professional and always kept me in the loop in terms of the work they were doing on my Porsche Cayman. Mike who installed the PPF walked me through the process of how he installed it, and I could tell he took extra care of my car. A great benefit is their free loaner, which helped since I live about an hour away. I brought in my 2011Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior for the Ceramic Pro Gold Package and the Ceramic Pro Interior. My truck, unfortunately, had not been garaged for 11 years and had some serious oxidization issues. It looked like an old, tired truck prior to and aftewards looks like a new truck. I did not think the paint correction would be possible. Paul was the technician who did the work, and he was thorough and is incredibly knowledgeable. The entire staff at APC Auto Spa is very nice to work with and kept me well informed and updated all along the process. EDIT: 2024 - It has been 3 years since I initially had APC Auto Spa perform their Pro Gold package on my truck. It still looks amazing AND I take it back annually for a recoat as per the warranty and each time, my truck looks showroom good. My truck seriously, looks brand new!

I have had 3 cars done by APC auto spa and every single PPF and ceramic install has been flawless. All cars still look good till this day. They provide loaners and have a nice waiting area. Staff is also very friendly and they provide updates and photos/videos of your car if you want.

We were considering ceramic coating and PPF for our Airstream Atlas for a while, and we did considerable research in finding the best vendor in the Seattle area, where we stay for several months after a month-long cross-country East to West, and prior to the next cross-country trip West to East in September. Obviously, our RV took a beating during our trip, but in addition, we had to replace our tinted windshield because of a crack, which confirmed our decision to go ahead with the process. I found APC Auto Spa in Monroe WA, and, after several very pleasant, responsive and informative interactions, decided to schedule the work with them. When we delivered the RV to them it looked as if it had been on a month-long cross-country trip.... The APC team, Colin and his team, cleaned the entire outside of the RV, as well as the shower doors inside, and worked on it for three days. During this time, they kept us informed with updates and photos, which was incredibly helpful. When we picked it up the RV looked like new! The team was wonderful, and the work was great. To top it off, even though the store was closed on Saturday, the manager, Heather, was not comfortable with leaving the RV outside overnight so she kept it indoors and met us at 7:30am so we could take it back. We are very happy with the work, and with the team and the customer service all around, and we will definitely go back when needed.

Chose APC to install window tinting due to their proximity, pricing, and based upon reviews. Working on classic vehicles and their unique window arrangements can often present challenges and indeed, there were a couple snafus that created less than perfect results, but Heather and her team worked with us to ensure they got the vehicle back in the shop immediately and made the job right. Heather kept us in the loop, and we are happy with the results. Very well maintained shop, they show real pride in their business model.

Amazing service and attention to detail. Let me just start by saying that Colin and Heather really genuinely believe in doing their very best. They are incredibly friendly and hard working. I had a challenge with my car as contamination seemed to constantly creep in on the windows in the install. We're not talking about 3-5 little dots on the windows, but sometimes an excess of 50 speckles on a few windows, but usually 15-30 despite cleaning the car inside and out before bringing it it. There could have been many reasons for this but we never could figure it out from it not being a new car, to the fact that some Tesla windows weren't manufactured great in the beginning years, environmental contamination, to the possibility of mishandling of the tint. Regardless, after months of working back and forth we got a a clean install on all windows. To be honest, neither of us wanted it to take as long as it did and I could have asked for a refund but I believe in them and their work, and they figured it out! I got the 25% VLT ceramic tint. Love the summer temperature rejection and I love th look. There is a "before" photo posted to show the difference. Thank you APC auto spa. I'll be bringing my truck in next. 😃

UPDATED 2026/01/22 - While my Cybertruck was parked in my driveway, one of my contractors canopies blew over in the high winds last month and scratched a section of the wrap on it. APC replaced as good as new. Thank you! UPDATED 2025/09/15 - APC Auto Spa did a great job on the maintenance service on my Ceramic Pro coating. Both of my cars came back super shiny again, like a new car. Thank you! UPDATED 2024/07/23 - APC once again, did an amazing job with the Ceramic Pro yearly maintenance on my Plaid Model S and exterior detailing on my performance Model 3. Thank you again! A few weeks ago I contacted APC Auto Salon in Monroe after reading positive reviews from other customers . I spoke with Colin and asked a few questions regarding Ceramic coating for my 2023 Ram. He was very knowledgeable about the Ceramic Pro products and invited me to the shop so he could look at my truck and we could discuss options. An appointment was made and i returned a few days later. Colin and the entire team were very professional and answered all my questions. The whole process only took a few days. Colin called me throughout the process to update me and keep me posted. When he called and said my truck was ready I was very excited to see the final results, but I have to say I was not prepared, he said it turned out extremely well, he said follow me and we walked through the door to a showroom area with bright lighting and there it was, it was way more shiny and beautiful that I expected, the paint was flawless and smooth as ice. I can’t thank the entire crew enough for what they did. I will definitely be back for more professional services. I had an absolutely amazing experience, taking my car to APC auto spa at their Monroe location. I just got my car back and it looks like a brand new car. My car is 2012 Honda pilot and I have kids so it is usually very messy and there were stains in the fabric upholstery. I just looked through the car and you could never tell there was a stain on anything nor any evidence of my long-haired golden retrievers existence. The car looks show room ready and The exterior looks like a brand new car. they put on a finish that will help keep it clean longer. The entire experience from start to finish with APC auto spa was top-notch customer service. I will 100% be telling my friends and family as well as taking my car back to get it detailed next time it’s needed.

Good Paint Correction, PPF Could Be Better The team at APC Auto Spa in Monroe is friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job with the paint correction on my new car, and I was really happy with that part of the service. However, if you’re expecting a flawless PPF install, you may want to set expectations or consider another shop. During my 10-day inspection—after popping a dozen+ bubbles—Mike pointed out debris trapped between the film and the paint and explained this is acceptable within their standards since the shop isn’t run as a sterile environment. I also haven’t been able to get a return call from Heather regarding follow-up. Overall, paint correction quality is excellent, but PPF results and communication didn’t match that same level.

Mike and Team did a great job on my 2023 Corvette Z06-Z07. They were meticulous as they finalized the installation of PPF! During winter storage, I found some small bubbling on the drivers side Canard and lower Bumper. This issue is not uncommon and can happen.....Mike was gracious and scheduled time to resolve which was he just completed! I highly recommend Mike and team!!!👍☘️

I brought my car into this shop in Monroe with some pretty bad scratches along the side, and I honestly wasn’t sure they could be fixed. But wow — they completely buffed them out, and now my car looks brand new! The paint is super shiny, and I can’t stop admiring it. They also did a refresh on the interior, which was such a nice surprise. The mats were spotless, everything was vacuumed and wiped down — it feels like I’m driving a new car again. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish; friendly, professional, and they really went the extra mile. Highly recommend this place if you want your car to look its absolute best! APC did a full window tint on my 2025 Ineos Grenadier, as well as windshield protection film and ceramic coated the film. The job came out great and it looks so much better now. The front windows on these tend to chip and crack easily due to their upright design, so the added protection will save on damage and costs as the film is much cheaper to replace than the windshield. There was some bubbling on the windshield film but they quickly got me back in and made it perfect. 5 stars for great products, great quality and outstanding service.
