They told me that my car was too old and refused to work on it. They didn't even see it before hand. All I needed was a muffler installed. I guess installing a muffler on a 1995 Taurus is beyond their skill set. I explained to the receptionist that I was seeking a muffler replacement and she didn't say anything about not working on exhaust systems but she did repeat several times that my car was too old. I noticed a trend with this business. Every time they receive a negative review they go into great detail about why its not their fault. They basically call their unsatisfied customers liars! They never take ownership. That speaks volumes about their character.

Kevin has made me feel like family from the first time I visited the shop. I was worried about being taken advantage of. My brother had always been the family mechanic so trusting a shop seemed risky to me. After spending a bit driving my broken car for diagnostic purposes and visiting my confidence and trust grew. Archers auto is the best of the best. Time and time again they have gone above and beyond for me. I genuinely enjoy all of the team members and owner. They make me feel comfortable and treat me like family. They have personally made sure I had a vehicle to use when my car had extensive work needed and it would take extra time. They have gotten me in immediately when I have called with an issue and their honesty keeps me coming back. I have personally witnessed one of their techs come in and mention to the office managers that a customer came in thinking they needed all new brakes but actually only needed 2. Thats the integrity I look for in an auto shop and thats how Archers Auto runs things. I will always bring my vehicles here.

I had a great experience with this shop. They were honest from the start and took the time to explain what was going on with my alternator instead of just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That meant a lot. They worked with my schedule and were very accommodating with my time constraints, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find automotive places that are both skilled and trustworthy, but these guys delivered on both. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for fair pricing, solid work, and honest service.
