I’ve been riding around for months with my power steering leaking and I didn’t want to be ripped off by some A-holes in a shop just because I’m a woman and they think I don’t know dip squat about cars. Long story short I was referred here by my sister after having her truck fixed. Arnold took the time to look at my car (last minute), had me come back so he could do a more thorough inspection the next day to see exactly where the leak was coming from before having me buy parts (that he said and i quote “are very expensive”) that I possibly wouldn’t need (I appreciated that honesty) He let me know up front how much the part would be, how much he would charge me for labor (which was in no way expensive) AND had my car finished within the same day. He’s definitely a trustworthy, honest & humble mechanic. Very soft spoken and polite. I definitely plan on returning to him for any other needs I may have concerning my car. Thank you Arnold!

DO NOT go to this place my brother went yesterday to take his car to get looked at and a employee “accidentally” left the keys in the car and somebody STOLE my brothers car right on their properly on their watch!!! and all they said was well your just going to have to call your insurance ! I will never go here again nor recommend anybody else to go here .. so unprofessional this would happen while they are suppose to be in charge of a car! Now my brother is carless until they find his car.

The only mechanic here in Las Vegas that doesn’t rip me off. For the longest time, my customers would ask me where to go for a reputable mechanic and I could never give a recommendation because nearly every mechanic here in Las Vegas has ripped me off or been horrible. The best mechanic shop in town! While it’s impossible to please everyone, my personal experience with Arnol’s Auto Repair has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. Arnol has always taken excellent care of my vehicle, and I wouldn’t trust any other mechanic. He is professional, honest, and reliable; qualities that are hard to find these days. His team is also very efficient and attentive. Highly recommended!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I am beyond upset with my experience at Arnol Auto Repair. I took my car in for what should have been a straightforward repair, and not only did they completely mess it up, but their attitude afterward was absolutely unacceptable. When I calmly explained the issue, Arnol refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no accountability just excuses and a bad attitude. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the damage THEY caused. They still charged me, even though my car was left in worse condition than before. I had no choice but to take it to a second shop where I had to spend even more money just to fix the damage that Arnol Auto Repair caused. I’m now hundreds of dollars deeper into a problem that they created. I have serious doubts about whether they are even properly licensed to operate. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them to change a tire, let alone repair a vehicle. As for the cars they sell don't even bother. They're more like traps than deals. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the frustration. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I left feeling ripped off, ignored, and deeply frustrated. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! You’ve been warned!!!!!

Arnold’s Auto Repair is honestly one of the biggest jokes I’ve ever seen while looking for a mechanic. Every time a couple of bad reviews roll in bam!! a sudden wave of “amazing” 5 star ones appear out of nowhere. Yeah, okay, we totally believe those weren’t written by the owner himself. The timing couldn’t be more obvious. And instead of fixing cars or, I don’t know, running an honest business, the guy spends his time arguing with customers in the comments like it’s Facebook drama hour. Super defensive, zero accountability, and the attitude of someone who can’t admit when they’ve messed up. Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of real mechanics who actually care about their work. This one’s just busy playing PR manager for his own fake reviews.
