Hello, I hope the owner sees this an comes to my barbershop on Minnesota an apologize for his staff calling me a liar. They disconnected a vacuum hose . Picking up the car it would not run, I opened hood after they refused to even look telling me my car came to them not running. I found to disconnect hose, connected it in front of there lead mechanic an it ran perfect I drove away because they were not professional or respectful. Threatening police. I'm 64 yr old man. Please 🙏 owner that drove me to my shop call me. I can forgive

I have taken my car here a few times, each for minor things (luckily thus far, fingers crossed). Similar for many other people, my car is my only one and an absolute necessity; when something goes wrong it is hard to know where to turn! This garage truly cares about its customers and what is best for their cars. They are the garage I will choose to trust time and time again. Their service isn't just to make money, it is about doing right by the customer even if that means they refer you out to somewhere else because they know something may have a warranty (like a tire), even if you did not even think of it yourself! Additionally, each time I have been there, service is direct and efficient! I am thankful to have found a place that I can depend on close by!

We had an extremely expensive cost on our car and they were gentle and caring and gave honest feedback on what to do. We have trusted them from the beginning but our trust has only soared after this experience. We are extremely grateful for the team and would and have recommended them. Hard to find such honesty and integrity in work these days but arrowheads automotive does it.
