Complete rip off. I purchased the car wash voucher tickets for a Truck (which is extra) .. & today I brought small sedan car which was is 2 dollars cheaper and the Asian lady at the register refused to reimburse me the difference. Scam! I recommend everyone to not wash your car here. Not worth the price. They don’t even offer a car scent like other car washes do especially for the price

The price is good, $20 for the cheapest detailing. Sadly, they didn't wipe down my cup holders and there was drips of coffee still there and didn't vacuum the trunk even around the few things that were in there. I had to ask them to please do that and they acted like it was my fault. I probably won't be going back there.

I love and I mean LOVE this car wash. I like being able to see my car as it goes through the wash process however it's the hard working workers at the end that finish up your car inside and out leaving it Spotless that keeps me coming back! Take your car here and I promise you with be amazed!

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Pasadena. Today I decided to go with wash 1 not just the basic which is $32 and they did a horrible half fast job! Didn’t vacuum all the car or wipe down the inside. still visible dirty. I was really bummed since I decided this time to go for the more expensive wash and I tipped good. Had to pay more money to finish myself later. Never coming again.

I brought my car in because a bunch of water made its way in to my floorboard because of the jacaranda trees dropping junk and clogging the drain in front of my windshield. They vacuumed for two hours and then waxed my car. and it looks amazing! They did a fantastic job overall. I’d also like to mention the kind staff. I spoke to several people including other customers and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was having a day and I had several conversations all great. I was there three hours so that’s how I chatted with everyone. Very nice professional people. I highly recommend. Thank you everyone!☺️

Best car wash of my life. The manager Nando took extra time to clean sap off my car and remove an old parking sticker that had been lingering for YEARS on my car. I am so happy with this car wash. Thank you Arroyo Car Wash!! Best value I have ever seen for a car wash anywhere!!

They broke my armrest completely off the front seat. I’m sure it was an accident but instead of telling me it happened, they returned the car without notice. They claimed that they have security footage that showed no fault on their part but refused to share it without a police report. An apology and a refund would have been sufficient. Instead they were shady and difficult.

Do not leave valuables in your car during service. We went across the street to get groceries and returned to find our purse stolen. Management claimed no responsibility. "Thin air".

I paid $28 + tip for washing and vacuuming my car. My car is mostly clean inside but didn't vacuum well for the wool pieces left from the clothes. Very disppointed. After hand polished car, a piece of cover behind the interior door handle is missing. Either lost or stolen, who knows? Never going back.

Been here multiple times before with good experiences. Recently purchased a new car with black rims and they scratched them badly driving it through the wheel tracks. Refused to take responsibility despite looking at the “cameras”, so won’t be going back to them any more…

This is my first time here, and I had a good experience. I was a bit skeptical about this visit because some of the reviews aren't the best, but the place where I washed my car disappointed me with the last few washes. The service here was good; they spent a good amount of time on the wash, and I can say it exceeded my expectations. The person who washed it (Sergio) was very attentive and helpful. He showed me how he washed it, asked if I wanted anything else, and I was truly happy. I'll be back.

Took our new car for her first wash. Requested a hand wash with spray wax. $110 dollars later, the wait was on. The detailer quoted us an hour to and hour and fifteen minutes so when the text came through at 45 minutes it was ready, the skepticism was real. Upon a quick walk around the car looked okay but there were a few water spots that stood out and the detailer was more than glad to take care of them. We leave the wash and head to lunch and wow, completely missed the lower front end. Common sense would say if there's water spots, there was probably no wax that made it there. Given we have to park under the wonder jacarda trees our region has to offer, weekly washes and wax are key. I would recommend but would also suggest do that full walk around before you leave.

Please read and please considered going anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. I went to this car wash for my dealership brand new three week old Toyota. It was its first car wash so when they said $50 for a hand car wash I didn’t care, I wanted the best. They cleaned my car for 20 minutes and took out all the shine from my soft dash interior, the doors have white marks and are now opaque as well, and the outside door trim has white opaque rubbing marks where they cleaned it with god only knows what. And they also left streaks on the inside of my two passenger windows, sun roof which had never been opened, and the front windshield. Which were all expertly tinted for $850 two weeks ago but are now streaky. They also left a wet dirty blue rag on my backseat. I never leave reviews, in my whole life I’ve only ever left two, but this is important because if you love your car like I love mine, take it anywhere else. The sad part is that I would have been a long time customer had they done a decent job since I shop at the whole foods next door on a weekly basis. Please don’t just take my word (and pictures) for it, read the many other reviews of people stating that they did a terrible job on their car too. So don’t take the risk of this happening to you too. Stay away. George the ‘manager’ in particular is extremely rude and his investigation consisted of blaming the dealership and saying that everyone is a scammer. So basically they take no ownership for their employees and then say their ‘investigations’ prove they did nothing wrong. Don’t take my word for it, read the many negative reviews they have here and on other sites.

These guys are AMAZING! I've never had a full service car wash before, and they exceeded all expectations! They cleaned the inside and outside of my car with such attention to detail that could rival any professional detailing company. I feel like I have a brand new car again! Plus, they have an air conditioned inside where you can watch your car being washed. The bathroom and shop inside were clean too. I am almost excited to have my car get messy again so I can come back!!

Totally overpriced for an automatic car wash. Went there with my rental car asking for a quick exterior wash. They made me pay USD$33 which was the cheapest rate they have (they said they don't have a cheaper rate just for an exterior automatic wash, which I find totally unacceptable); this basic rate included an interior vacuuming (which they did in 1 minute flat with 4 guys), and a quick wash in their automatic machine (not even a hand wash). The way want bad, but it wasn't perfect, and honestly, charging customers USD$33 is highest robbery and highly disrespectful. We're not stupid. I regret actually paying it, and not just backing out.
