This was a pleasant experience. I had called a few days prior to my appt to get a quote on my repair, Arty was very professional and promt wirh a quote I found to be extremely reasonable, A few days later I called to make rhe appt. The very next morning they were able to send a mechanic out to the northport location I was at. The appt was at 830am Luise or José was rhe mechanic. He called 15 min prior to my appt to say he was on the way. He acesses rhe repair and dove right in. He was professional and easy to get along with., he was able to get rhe repair done in about an hour maybeca little less. It was cold 20 degrees and he hust moved along. He seem to know exactly what he was doing had the right tools and performed well. I very happy with everything and would recommend them highly. I Was treated 10x better than the dealship and Auto garage abd will definitiv use them for my go to mechanic.

Sam is awesome!! Recently my ABS sensor went out on my car and i called him from my local auto part store, he quickly came and helped me out! He was very fast and efficient! His service was very fairly priced and he did a great job. On top of that kept me laughing (bonus points) I definitely recommend Sam for your cars needs!!!

I trusted Arty to fix my my car and even let him pick up the keys from my job. Instead, he sent someone else without telling me, After the repair, I found oil spraying from the area they worked. When I told him, he sent a video showing the issue but took no responsibility. His response was dismissive, and now my car is worse off. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Here’s the last conversation I’ve had with him and I haven’t heard from him since. He will not answer my phone calls.

Fantastic group. Very quick to respond and schedule same day, assessed and resolved the issue right away. AND on the weekend when everywhere else was closed! I was stranded in Tuscaloosa by myself trying to get back home to Gulf Shores. Thanks to Arty's, I didn't have to sit around till Monday to tow and wait xx days for some unknown part to come in and "maybe" fix the problem. Thank you SO much for your kindness. Bless you all!!
