I reached out to this company regarding a quote and they send you to a call center with Wheelzy. They immediately booked me for a truck to pick up my car even though I told them they I didn’t have the title yet after paying off the vehicle and would prefer to wait. They said I needed to get it scheduled to keep the offer on the car. I didn’t mind having the offer expire because I knew it would be a bit until I got the title. They booked it anyway. I called multiple times asking to cancel it. However, the tow truck still showed up to pick it up. The tow truck driver was frustrated, understandably. Wheelzy has called me every single day since. In the last 12 hours alone, they have called me 11 times. The folks at the junk yard may be great, but Wheelzy is too much to say the least.

This was the first time i ever used a service like this. I would highly recommend this comoany to my friends n family. I was given the first offer n i thought kinda low so i waited and the second offer came. I agreed to the second amount and set up a pick up time. Driver was early and extremely courteous. He paid me andxaway he went. When i got in the house i took the payment out of my pocket and realized it was more than i was supposed to get so i called the company to inform them of the overpayment and was told that they had received another offer. They could have very easily just kept the extra 70.00 that i received because i didnt know about it. But, they didnt. Honesty, intregrity and quick reliable service. If u have the need this is the company to use, hands down.

Absolutely do not waste your time with these folks. After a Saturday being harassed with automated text messages, nobody showed up. I called at eleven, and they were "open" until eight. No courtesy call, no followup. Come Monday, when I'm at work, I leave the building at 8am. Three voicemails (already!) without any apology for wasting my time. I call back, and guess what? They can't even get me scheduled. Total waste of time and effort, with no respect for their customers. I'd rate zero if I could.

Called them to junk my truck and then they handed me off to an automated texting thing that said they can’t pick it up because it has no transmission or engine even though I had clearly said that it has both of those and so I called the number back to explain what happened and the guy on the phone said I’m done talking to you and hung up.
