My experience with Fletcher Jones Service Center has been AWFUL! I own an Audi Etron and there have been several recalls on the high voltage battery. I have called Andrey Semenyuta, Service Advisor and Frank Carmargo, Service Manager and have not received a call back for almost a week. I made several follow up calls and still unable to talk with ANYONE. Will never purchase a vehicle form Audi Fletcher again.

Since my Audi was due for service, I called in and scheduled an appointment with my Service Advisor David Derebenskiy. He greeted me upon my arrival and right away took care of my car. Afterwards he communicated with me (video/text/phone) regarding my car condition and the work that was done. My Audi was ready on time and was handed to me nicely washed.

Did the 30kmile service. Naeil was my SA and he is very courteous and professional. He didn’t suggest or recommend any uneccessary service. Great guy go ask for him when you take your vehicle to Fletcher Jones. I had MBZ and serviced at FJ and they always cover your back. FJ is a great company and I serviced the vehicle for almost 25+ years and they take care of you. What you pay is what you get. Good service.

Hayden Denman our service advisor provided such a high level of service we were literally peaches. We have purchased luxury vehicles for the past twenty years and we have never had service so good. Hayden is the most professional and kind person we have ever met and definitely needs to be recognized. We will be customers for life at Fletcher Jones becuase of professionals like Hayden Denman. Took my son’s Audi RS3 in for service, received a loaner car from them with a “refundable” $250 security deposit.
After spending $2,400.00 on service they charged my card an additional $500 rental car fee!
Indigo and other reputable dealers do not charge even a security deposit on loaner cars let alone bill you for one.
Will never go to Fletcher Jones again including for purchase of a new vehicle which I’ve bought two brand new Mercedes from them in the past!

I had an appointment for my 30k service at 7:40, was back in Aliso by 8:05 with my loaner. Can you do much better? After my service was done, one of the salesmen helped me re-link my car with my phone and made sure to take his time so that I could do it myself later if needed. They were great.

Although I did not purchase my first Audi at this location, I started taking my car in for service at FJ. I am so happy I made this change because this Audi dealership is very impressive. I ended up buying my second Audi at FJ and will stay with them as a loyal customer from here on out. Their team is top-notch and my service contact there is Jose Magana, who I highly recommend. Very comfortable waiting room accommodations, I will be back again.

The service team is friendly, they value my time, and I feel like my car is a priority at Audi Fletcher Jones. They are high tech and have features to view repair estimates, check the status, or pay an invoice online or via text. Definitely a 5 Star operation!
