Mike took real care and pride making sure wire connections were dressed properly. They did a great job and prices were awesome. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable (the whole staff is) but he really is an expert. They have a bunch of trophies from competitions and I just appreciated that they were detail oriented.

Some of the best at installation. Had an aftermarket d-din installed in my 05 Lincoln Ls about 3yrs ago and still have no problem with it today. I definitely recommend and i will do future business here myself.

One of the best place for car audio in the country. Did a decent of amount of work with them in my college days. Never once had an issue with anything ever. Since I left Tallahassee 9+ years ago, I’ve never found someone with the quality these gentlemen offer. Will be going back soon for a large project. Even thought they are over 500 miles away from me.

I wouldn't trust anyone else for all of the electronics in my truck! Adam always takes care of me and is very knowledgeable when it comes to all the latest products out there. The staff is friendly and always willing to help and find a solution. I recommend Audio Addictions to all of my friends and coworkers. They provide great service, good value and go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. Whether you need something simple done or want to have complicated components installed, you absolutely have to go see these guys.

Was a great buying and customer experience from beginning to end. My sales and service guy Jayson Brown stuck with me through the point of sale to actually doing the installation and demo at the end . Wasn’t free but competitive and good enough value for sure . I was referred to Mike @ Audio Addictions regarding my pre-existing auto start, specifically with it all of a sudden setting my alarm off after my vehicle started. Brittany & Jason are fantastic. From the initial referral over to them to the final finished product was hands down the easiest transaction & best service I have received. Brittany reached out the same day that they were referred to me, informed me of the information that they were provided (showed they listen attentively), and left me a very polite & professional voicemail. I was unable to return the call at that time, but did send a text message, to which got a fast response letting me know that the day I wanted to come by would work out & let me know to who to specifically ask for. Upon arriving at the location, I was greeting with a hello & a smile. There was no high pressure (really no pressure at all) attempt to sell me on anything. I was asked what I was looking for & why, a suggestion was made that perfectly fit my needs, and a cost with time frame was given on their availability (without me having to ask for it). I was able to return later that day and they finished the install sooner than expected. While I was waiting in the lounge area, other employees who I hadn't seen already all said hello & made sure to ask if I needed anything/any help. You can easily tell that this business & it's employees really care about you & what they do. Thank you very much Brittany & Jason and Audio Addictions. I will be sure to recommend anyone who asks me where to do, to go to Audio Addictions.

I just wanted to take a moment and update my five star review. April 20 25. I am still so happy after these many years that Audio Addiction Is in place. I always tell people you get what you pay for and at Audio Addictions you are going to be taken care of forever. I have been going to AA about 15 years now. They are amazing! They backup all their work and aren't going anywhere ... so you know you have service forever !! they are the best !!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I brought a working head unit in to get installed, they broke the head unit and didn’t give no money back or even half. terrible customer service white guy in charge had slick stuff to say the black guy in charge told me there was something wrong after I paid for head unit and never got to look at vehicle before because they had my key. As soon as my payment went through then they told me it wasn’t working. Very rude and unprofessional. ZERO stars!!!!!!!!

I commissioned Audio Addictions to build two custom subwoofer enclosures for my Home Theater setup. I worked with the owner on the specific enclosures I needed built. I needed a certain dimension and port length tuned at 11.5hz. They absolutely nailed the enclosure and even rhino-lined the boxes for a nice finished look. They shared pics of the enclosures during construction. I couldn't be happier. These guys are first rate audiophiles and I will definitely do business with them in the future. Check out the sweet pictures of the enclosures. I'm running 2 Dayton Audio UM18-22s in a ported enclosure at nearly 12cu ft and these subs hit SO HARD for movies and music.
