Kyle was awesome, highly recommend. My truck had a pulley go out and the belt came off so I couldn't drive it and wasn't looking forward to a tow to the dealership. He came out at 10pm, found the issue, got the parts the next day when the store opened and I was back on the road at 3pm. He also did the work in the rain which I did not expect. I wasn't in an emergency situation needing assistance, so I messaged instead of calling at an early hour on a weekend. I received a timely response with the requested ball park estimate. We made arrangements for him to proceed with the work. He was honest about a timeline to arrive and communicated with me when traffic was causing him to be later than he planned. We came up with a repair game plan. We relocated the vehicle to a better location for repairs. He proceeded to remove the starter, get it replaced and he returned with a new one. He was cordial and courteous. He was honest in communication. He was reasonable in cost. Should I need future repairs while in Austin, I know who I'm contacting!

Kyle is a LIFESAVER! I was driving thru Austin from south texas to east texas and Kyle came to help me with a busted belt (we thought!) but turned out to be a busted water pump on my gmc sierra. He not only followed me to my hotel to make sure I was safe, he came back and worked all day to take apart the engine in the parking lot and get me back on the road and headed home. He even offered to help me get oil to add in to make sure I made it home. He also charged me a very fair price for all the work he did. I can’t say enough kind words about him.

Kyle is the best. My daughter’s car broke down at school. Thankfully she made it back to her apartment. I drove 150 miles to come help her. First I had AAA come check her battery. Battery is good but alternator was bad. Instead of taking the time to tow to a shop, wait for them to diagnose and replace it, I contacted Kyle. He came immediately and was able to replace the alternator in her parking lot, saving us valuable time (and money). I called Kyle at 6 pm and he was at my truck by 8. He bought the parts he needed to get my car running again based on my description to save us both time. He efficiently swapped out the bad coil and replaced the spark plug. His pricing was fair and transparent. He didn’t try to upsell me on repairs I didn’t ask for but instead just recommended replacing the other 5 spark plugs at a later date. Kyle is knowledgeable and I’d highly recommend him!

I am thoroughly impressed with the commitment to dealing with a complex situation. I received a very fair quote for 4 hours labor to replace the alternator on my Porsche Panamera. The repair ended up taking much, much longer, closer to 11 hours, and he stayed the whole time, completing the repair after 1am. He also pointed out a critical issue that was the actual cause of the problem, that the previous mechanic misdiagnosed. I highly, highly recommend this mechanic!
