Terrible customer service and they are my family members. Originally went in there just for a plug being that I had literally just bought the tire brand new. I got a nail in my tire. Nothing major. The plug falls off 3 days later. I contact them personally cuz they are family. Only to be told that my tire was bad and bald by the OWNER JULIO GLAZA. When I told him and his wife that’s false. I have the receipt from a few days ago from the tire. I was blocked on all platforms 😭. They pretty much did not want to redo it. Even tho it came out 3 days later. Stay away from them. They love money more than they actually WORK. Charged me 30$ for a plug that came off in 3 days. I took that same tire to north main got it patched and was told the tire is STILL good for a few months. If these ppl can do that to family. Like family family they will do it to anyone. Cuz now we will no longer speak smh.

Awesome customer service! Very fast in and out with a bonus of reasonable very competitive prices. Used tires have more tread than any other tire shop around. Can’t recommend these guys enough especially if you have low profile tires german vehicles etc. Save their number trust me!!!!!

Jan 30, 2023 KIA Roadside Assistance assigned this "business" at approx 0830 to tow my vehicle to the dealer. After two hours, KIA called them back and was told Auto Core was running late. After another hour or so, KIA called again and was told Auto Core cancelled the tow. I called both the company and driver during the wait and received no answers. Poor, poor telephone customer service as well.

I called 3 other towing companies in Waterbury; one forgot about me and left me waiting, the other never returned my call when they said they would, and the other said I would have to wait 2 days. Julio responded to my call right away and sent his driver to me in 20 minutes. Julio worked on my car and gave me an excellent, fair price. It was done in less than a day. Will definitely call again in the future when needed.
