My insurance company contracted this company to tow my vehicle. All phone numbers given for contact went straight to voicemail. Address is a boarded up building. Wasted hours and hours of many peoples' time.

Awful attitude from owner, forgot name think its Julio. they don't even balance tires. I asked him the question and got awful attitude. Don't know how this phony wants to attract business. all the other reviews are clearly fake.

I called 3 other towing companies in Waterbury; one forgot about me and left me waiting, the other never returned my call when they said they would, and the other said I would have to wait 2 days. Julio responded to my call right away and sent his driver to me in 20 minutes. Julio worked on my car and gave me an excellent, fair price. It was done in less than a day. Will definitely call again in the future when needed.

Took my truck there not only did they charge a lot they also didn't do the job right the first time had to bring back the next morning and they charged me again for something that should have been done right the first time do not recommend them may be for a tow but not work

Jan 30, 2023 KIA Roadside Assistance assigned this "business" at approx 0830 to tow my vehicle to the dealer. After two hours, KIA called them back and was told Auto Core was running late. After another hour or so, KIA called again and was told Auto Core cancelled the tow. I called both the company and driver during the wait and received no answers. Poor, poor telephone customer service as well.

Awesome customer service! Very fast in and out with a bonus of reasonable very competitive prices. Used tires have more tread than any other tire shop around. Can’t recommend these guys enough especially if you have low profile tires german vehicles etc. Save their number trust me!!!!!

My insurance assigned this company to tow my car after I received the company info my fiancée went and gave them a call to find out the estimated arrival time. After calling the number several times someone call us back after he mention he couldn't speak to him my fiancée gave me the phone; so I explained to him that I wanted to know the estimated arrival time because unfortunately I have a baby who has a brain tumor and I had an MRI scheduled and I needed to leave my house no later than 10 15 AM and I needed to know the time because if it was after that time needed to reschedule the job and I did not want them to waste their time.This guys has the audacity to tell me that he does not work on nobody scheduled that was talking to the insurance and he was going to call me back. Just because of how he expressed himself over the phone I went and cancel the job. This people need to learn customer service you don't treat customer with that attitude moreover when the customer it's trying to safe you time and headache. If you don't treat your customers right you will never have customer.

8/9/22 I used this tow company for my flat tire since my insurance company dispatched them to me. I waited almost three hours for the tow. At about the two hour mark, I called to ask a simple question. The owner answered and wouldn’t let me speak. He kept talking over me, was yelling and so rude. When the tow guy showed up, he was being lazy and didn’t tow my AWD properly. He left the back hanging off the truck. Not being a car person, I had no idea what was happening. Halfway to the shop, he pulled over on the side of the road. I had my ride pull over and asked what was wrong. All he said to me was, “your car isn’t liking the ride”. When the shop was fixing my flat, they tried to move my car, but it wouldn’t drive. They completely destroyed my vehicle with that bad, lazy tow!!! $2100 worth of damage they’ve done, and they refuse to pay for it. My Car is in the shop and I have no way to pay for it, and I can’t afford to be out of work. Save yourself the stress and do NOT use them!!!! Horrible, horrible experience.

Terrible customer service and they are my family members. Originally went in there just for a plug being that I had literally just bought the tire brand new. I got a nail in my tire. Nothing major. The plug falls off 3 days later. I contact them personally cuz they are family. Only to be told that my tire was bad and bald by the OWNER JULIO GLAZA. When I told him and his wife that’s false. I have the receipt from a few days ago from the tire. I was blocked on all platforms 😭. They pretty much did not want to redo it. Even tho it came out 3 days later. Stay away from them. They love money more than they actually WORK. Charged me 30$ for a plug that came off in 3 days. I took that same tire to north main got it patched and was told the tire is STILL good for a few months. If these ppl can do that to family. Like family family they will do it to anyone. Cuz now we will no longer speak smh.
