Great experience - both owner and the mechanic. I went in to replace my grounded battery terminal which had poor contact with the wire. NTB had quoted 45$ + parts for. The mechanic decided replacement was not necessary and fixed it in 10 mins by wedging a copper penny to force contact. They didnt even bill me !

I left my car here due to an issue with my shifting mechanism breaking. I was originally quoted 3 something for the service + labor. When the day came for me to pay, labor and services were up charged to a total of almost $500 with most of the cost being towards the labor. Though my car is not perfect, I left my car here with one pricy issue and left with a new one to which the manager told me to have the dealership fixed. This issue didn’t exist prior to me bringing the car here. I wasn’t able to turn off my car which resulted in the battery being drained as well as the key coming out of ignition while still being driveable?? The manager argued up and down to stand on the fact that it was not his issue and tried to use smooth words to salvage the situation not understanding that something may have gone wrong with whoever actually “fixed” the car. In response to this message, he will yet again deny this and say they fixed the issue that was at hand. Yes you did, but you left me with a new issue and I have since had to be without my car to resolve this issue elsewhere. If you’d like to be overcharged, receive the run around, and leave with a new issue that you will still have to fix elsewhere, come to this auto “expert”.

12.6.19 Wonderful customer service. Clean facility. Coffee/Tea/Water. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the honesty in telling me what needs to be repaired immediatley and what can wait. This time my car was due for a major tune-up with 121K miles. Francisco was so kind to give me a courtesy shuttle to and from the shop. They live up to the Auto Expert name.

I'd give zero if I could but I'll give that one start to the owner for my positive first interaction. However, I Brought my car in for an overheating issue, was told the problem was the thermostat. So I okayed them to fix it $600 later. After they fixed it.. I was then called and told the water pump is on its way out and I should replace it but they wanted be to pay $900 on top of the $600 which I just can't afford right now. I was told the water pump still works and the car is capable of driving so I said I'd pick up the car. I drive not even 5 miles and the cars starts to overheat. I get back to the shop where I spoke with a tech that didn't want to back up the services they performed, blaming it on the water pump and me for not fixing it after I was told the vehicle was capable of being driven home. I could go on and on but End of story, I was told there's nothing they could do and was forced to pay a tow home. So therefore as a business owner myself, I do not recommend them.

When my dad came to pick me up while my car was being serviced, the owner, Francisco, was even kind enough to put air in my dad’s car’s tires. It’s safe to say his exceptional customer care won over two loyal customers in both me and my dad. Highly recommended.

Brought my 2018 Alfa Romeo Guilia TI Sport here for a tune up, transmission flush, and coolant flush. The price was unbeatable (although I did bring my own parts), very friendly, and lots of INTEGRITY! I was going to replace all the brakes and rotors and they let me know it wasn’t needed. I was able to save $400 by sending the parts back. They got everything done when they said it would be done and I can tell a difference in how much better my car is running! I’ve actually used the mechanic next door Cardofe. He is a good mechanic as well, but auto experts operate a little more professionslly and in a more timely and efficient manner. I would go with Auto Experts if ever wanting to choose between the two!

There are very few shops & mechanics you can trust with foreign cars, and Auto Expert is one of those shops. It’s family-owned, and the staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They work fast and over-communicate so you know what’s going on every step of the way. They do mechanical repairs and body work. Their pricing is very competitive, and it feels easy to buy and pay with this shop vs other places. My first time going, I replaced my 5yr-old battery. I was done in less than an hour for a way better price than I was going to pay anywhere else.

BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! If you’re looking for an honest and very reputable repair shop for your vehicle, look no further… this is it. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Francisco for 3 years now, and have had nothing but great experiences every time. He is kind and compassionate, never rushes you, and always takes time to properly explain things. Even following up multiple times as needed to make sure you’re kept in the loop 100% of the way. My father used him for years before moving out of Houston, and now I do too. You can trust these guys with any make/model, even the European brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes). He has personally helped me with my X3 and my Mustang… including dropping the entire transmission and putting it back in. They might seem small from the outside, but they do some of the best work in the business. One of his technicians (Paul) is also a fellow car enthusiast, so you know you’re in good hands.
