I brought in my BMW for basic maintenance and was surprised to be invited to do a walk thru of my car. I’ve never seen the underside of it. The technician then pointed out a part of my suspension that was torn and leaking fluid and explained its importance. As a woman, I appreciate the honesty and transparancy and felt educated.
