This company was paid twice and they amit that they were. I have called them 3 times and they did have not resolved the issue yet. I had to call my credit card company to dispute this charge. Not good, think twice about going here.

Nice work on the replacement glass. Great price. The job took longer than expected because they have my glass when I showed up. They had to run to get it and that delayed the install. I did not like that I then had to wait longer.

If I could do zero stars I would. Terrible job fixing crack. Tried to go back for a warranty repair and had an appointment. At 2pm in the afternoon no one was in the building doors locked and open sign on. Called support who tried to track someone down for 20min. Was disconnected. Called back on my way home spoke with a person and they sent an email to the office manager and copied me about my experience. They never replied. I called back again a week later spoke with someone who was supposed to connect with the district manager, Tony king. Now another week later and still no response. I’ll be most certainly never recommend this company.

This is my second visit this year and the men and women at Auto Glass Now did an excellent job filling the chip in the windshield of my Toyota Tundra. The cost was very fair and you can barely see the original damage. I highly recommend them!

Went there to get my windshield replaced. They did a awesome job and calibrated my windshield camera also. Of course I had to get new wipers. Reasonable priced compared to others. Hopefully I won't have to ever go back to them but if I happen to need to I will. I would 100% recommend them.

Made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday for my window regulator replacement. Called to confirm and inform them I would be 30 minutes late due to me forgetting the part at home. They said it was fine. When I showed up, nobody was there and when I called, the lady told me that location was closed and that my appointment was scheduled for Monday at 8. I never would have made that as I work Monday to Friday starting at 8. I have requested a discount as I spent 20 bucks in gas to get there and will have to spend 20 bucks again in gas to return next Saturday. We will see if they honor it, if not I will not be back and I will tell everyone else to avoid that place too.

The store was clean and felt safe. The people who worked here were polite and helpful. They estimated the task would take 2 hours and they completed the task in less time than that! The front windshield was replaced. Everything was clean, and all the camera/electronics were connected and calibrated. Thank you for getting us in for the appointment within 2 days of our call! I would recommend this shop to anyone!
