I brought in my 1 week old Civic Si for some window tint. They did a fantastic job dispite the fact that my rear windshield is very hard to cover with a dot matrix around all the edges. While the tint master was hard at work I had a fantastic conversation with the guy who does reception. It's easy to tell the people who work here are relaxed, passionate and very friendly. I've seen some of the other reviews for tint, and honestly I couldn't think of one negative thing to say. Keep on keepin' on my brothers.

Highly recommend!! I took one of my vehicles there for new tires and rims Sam had it in the shop the next day and finished the same day at a very reasonable price I already have recommended more friends to them and. I will continue to take all my vehicles there for upgrades !!!

Update- took them to court, won, and have a lien on their property. This tint shop is a complete nightmare. They only take cash, didn’t give me an itemized receipt, and tinted OVER my inspection stickers. They promised to correct it and then razored my windshield making the problem worse. The tint guy personally told me he’d redo my windshield after damaging my inspection stickers. I dropped my car off twice, the first time when they apologized and said they misunderstood, and the second when they promised to correct it yet again. The same dude who asked for my number (total creep) while drinking a beer on the job, told me late in the afternoon while I was teaching that I’d have to take it up with the owner when he was “back in the country” because technically I voided the warranty when THEY RAZORED THE TINT. Not sure how correcting THEIR mistake turned into trying to scam me out of even more money saying it would be a lot of time and money to strip it. This same guy even had the nerve to say the day before “I promise we’re not trying to scam you.” Hmmmm... that’s exactly what y’all did. I’m taking them to court because they never returned my emails, have so many different owners listed when you look up their business, and when I contacted Pittsburgh Police they go “I know exactly what business you’re talking about.” Did I mention the entire building reeks of weed and you can overhear conversations about them being offered 10k cash to install stash boxes? Honestly not even sure who would actually be dumb enough to launder money through these idiots but do not let them near your vehicle. Total misogynists and completely shady.

This place has the worse customer service ever, I went to ask if they do wraps and get an estimate. There where 2 dudes in the garage (was open) so I went to the office, no one was there so I try to ask the person that was in a uniform and try to ask, he was on the phone and whit attitude told me to wait like I was bothering with my presence, so obviously I got upset and told him that that’s not a way to talk to new clients and that was kind of unprofessional, so he proceeded to show me the finger. Yep this dude show me the finger and we start an argument that almost turn into a fight. Just don’t go and do business from someone that doesn’t want clients. Their lose.

I called quite a few locations receiving quotes to install an overhead DVD player in my 2018 GMC Acadia. They were not only the best quote, but also the most knowledgeable to speak with. The staff knew the pros and cons of certain units and also were able to describe the installation process in great detail as well. The were able able to answer my questions and eliminate all of my concerns. I received my vehicle after the work was performed cleaner than when I dropped it off. The staff at this shop are clearly professionals in the field and provide excellent quality work and customer service. I give my strongest recommendation to anyone seeking work to use Auto Image. I am extremely impressed with every aspect of my experience. Keep up the good work!

Never had any work done, but I wanted to. I stopped by as soon as I bought my Forte to see if they can help me wrap it and give it some flair but they acted like I had no business being there. 2 guys standing and 2 guys working on another car and they all just brushed me off.

Had my windows tinted on my work truck a week ago. Didn’t drive the truck for a week then rolled the windows down the last couple days because it’s nice out and the passenger window started to peel up from the bottom corner. I’ve never had that happen ever from any place I’ve got my windows tinted.

I went to this workplace, I put it on the window of my car, they installed a complete glass machine to install it for $498, and at first the movies were very bad, I objected to this, the boss also said the staff said they are new, I will change the windows myself, I will change them myself, it gave me about a week, a week later, when I got there, they took my car in again, they worked for about 6 hours, at the end of 6 hours, they delivered my car to me, then the battery was gone and the brakes of my car did not work, I somehow I took the car home, I repaired my car and I will put a photo on the windows here, the windows are worse than before. I don't feel sorry for the money I gave, I spent almost 12 hours there and my time was stolen, thank you for really victimizing me in this workplace

If you'd like the worst experience for car services, look no further. Not only is the manager disrespectful and quietly calculating your demise, when called out on the sub-par work, he will gladly divert your attention to other things wrong with your car. The tint bubbled after the first day and they were unwilling to replace it. It soon will unstick from the window. AVOID this shop at all costs.
