I had an amazing experience here! Finding a good mechanic always makes me a bit nervous. My car was making a weird noise while accelerating and they worked with me for almost an hour. Eventually, they figured out that my AC compressor bolts were loose and could’ve ruined my engine if not repaired! I felt heard and like they really cared about solving my problem. At the end, he charged fewer hours than it took them to keep it at a nice fair price!

Absolutely the BEST team you can find in UT to take care of your car. They do quality work, do not overprice, are incredibly transparent (always show you what is wrong so you're never being taken advantage of), and will work with you to make sure that your car is in the best shape possible. I've been bringing my cars (Ford & Honda) to Auto Pro since 2008 and have never found a comparable mechanic. Mike and his team are really the best around.

I have been taking my cars to Auto Pro for years. Mike has always done a great job and is fair and honest. He and his mechanics are very experienced at what they do. Now my whole office take their cars to Auto Pro to be worked on. The parking lot is crowded, which is because he does great work. Over the years Mike has always had my car fixed and ready by the time he said it would be finished. I would recommend Auto Pro to anyone.

Mike is the owner of this shop, and I have been going to him for service on our last 3 cars. I heard about him by word of mouth. He has quite a following too. Finding a good mechanic that you trust is so hard sometimes. And when and if you actually do, you never want to go anywhere else. He is fair, and honest, and reasonably priced. I Highly recommend this shop.I went here for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I'm not from the area (I live in Utah County) so I didn't know of any good shops. I needed the inspection done same day and called about ten shops close to the dealer where I was purchasing the car before I contacted Auto Pro. They were the only shop willing to squeeze me in same day. The manager was awesome. He even test drove the vehicle with me. The price for the inspection was considerably lower than I have paid in the past for a similar service. This shop is about 45 minutes from where I live, but I think I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future because of how helpful every one was.

Mike is such an honest and trustworthy person to work with. His shop is expedient and the prices are more than fair. My van needed the transmission cooling line, blower motor and actuator, and plugs and wires done and he took care of everything and my car is running so much better. Our whole family trusts and goes to Mike with their auto needs. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I do not recommend this mechanic. I towed my vehicle to be serviced. A citation was issued because the owner parked the vehicle at a LDS church. I wasn't notified by the mechanic. A warrant was issued for my arrest. The citation was issued at the time the car was at Auto Pro. When I attempted to contact the shop. My number had been blocked. When I spoke with the officer who wrote the citation. I was informed this is an ongoing issue with Mike. The Judge, affirmed the issue with the Mechanic shop. Clear your lot. This shop caused further issues based on the ticket issued. Hire legal citizens. I intend to file suit against Auto Pro!

I have been patronizing AutoPro repair shop for 15 years. Mike (the owner) and his crew have always been fair to me and my family (my sister and my brother go there as well). Mike, just like anyone, is not perfect. But he is a GENUINE, honest and kind person. I have never felt like he's trying to rip me off but instead, he always treat you as a person and shows he has your best interest at heart. Highly Recommend. After questioning a couple other shops estimate, I went to Auto Pro based on the high reviews. Upon Mike's estimate, chose to move forward. He made it a priority as a small window for when the car was needing to head out of town. He nailed the repair and since part of what he thought needed to be done didn't have to be, he then charged less than the estimate. What mechanic does that. Saved $500. Wow..he won a new customer. Five stars.

This place is a complete rip-off. I brought my car in asking for 2 specific things to be done a fuel pump and a wheel bearing. I got a call from Mike the next day. You're telling me that neither of those things were bad on my car, and that instead, I needed to spend $2800 on a water pump. And other things he had my car for almost a whole.Week, and when I got it back, it drove the same.I had to take it to a different shop to get the actual repairs. I think this person should be reported to the better business bureau as a fraud and criminal
