The mechanics listen to the customer. Quickly identified the problem. (Wheel-bearing), and I especially appreciate the way they categorize findings through color coating. Green-not a problem; yellow-may need fixing soon but not urgent, red-need fixing. Much easier to understand and plan out repair schedule! Well done!

I was challenged with some engine problems getting my car smog check to pass this year. The amazing team of Technicians at Auto pros did a diagnostic on my 2008 Chevy Malibu found some probable issues on what might be wrong and quickly resolved my situation, did my smog check and got me back in the road the same day. I'm totally 💯 percent satisfied with the great customer service that I received and highly recommend that if your in need of Automotive car repair this is the place to go 😁

Eh, as a chick who kept getting quoted at the dealer for something new every time and was worried about how my car was feeling, they helped diagnose what actually needed to be done. I take it as a list to work through. I liked how quick they were. They are definitely not cheap, even though I got quoted with aftermarket parts, but the customer service was great and they kept me informed all day. I appreciated that they took the time to explain things to me when I asked “what’s that.” The report and pictures were super helpful. I just wish you could keep all the videos and photos from the report. Overall, great customer service and everyone was nice. As a struggling girly, it’s a bit expensive, but maybe worth the price. I’m still comparing prices, but I’m keeping them in mind for future work.

Auto Pros did a great job on my vehicle. When they inspected the vehicle they sent photos/videos of the report and rate it with a color code ( red, yellow, geeen) to have an idea of what needs immediate attention, and what can be done at a later time. I am very happy with them and they are honest. They will not recommend a job if it does not need it. Thank you Auto Pro's!

Came in to have my suspension checked and breaks looked at. Turns out my pilot needed a lot more done to it. As they found an oil leak caused by the top engine seals going bad. However, the shop only recommended the things I needed to replace and to keep an eye on any additional issues that may show up in the future. 3rd time taking it to this shop and im satisfied every single time.
