Worst place to buy a car. You know when you hear stories of dealerships that go out of their way to cheat customers with confusing language, multiple papers to sign to keep the dealership free from harm, cars that run “fine” for the first week until you notice a load of problems? THIS IS ONE OF THOSE DEALERSHIPS! Steer clear of this place. I bought a vehicle here and the next DAY I was already experiencing issues with it. I called and you know what the manager CRAIG and LOGAN said? “You bought it, it’s yours now. There’s nothing we can do about it. You can’t return it. The vehicle was fine here so not sure what issue you are talking about”. Again. If you want honesty, reliability, good people and service, THEN AVOID THIS PLACE. Photo is of my car leaking. This is what they sell you!!! You won’t see it firsthand. They’re great at covering issues up.

Called to verify the government tax electric car rebate with them to which their vehicle didn't fit the requirements. saleman cussed me out and hung up on me. very sad business practice and will never see business from me. Lied about the credit as well as the price to pull 4k more out of the dealer. Borderline illegal type of activity

Just bought my first big girl car here, and I loved how easy they made it for me! Service was great! They offered me a COLD, free soda or bottled water and I never felt pressured to buy or make a quick decision. Very VERY clean store and beautifully decorated. I have recommended to all of my friends and family. Will be back for our future purchases.

I had a very negative experience with Craig, the owner of Auto Quest. His communication was unprofessional and disrespectful from the start. During our interaction, he used language that I found offensive and inappropriate, which made me extremely uncomfortable. No customer should be spoken to that way. Because of how I was treated, I would not recommend this business and won’t be returning.

Got a car from them. They refinanced my loan without asking me then messed up the paper work and was forced to give the car back. Now they have it back up with incorrect mileage and cleared the check engine light just like they did to me #scam

I decided to drive up from Vancouver to Renton to see these guys for a particular truck (2018 Nissan Titan XD). I worked with Stacy and was in and out within 45 mins with the 'new to me' truck. They were incredibly easy to work with and were able to do any additional documentation via FedEx. Craig and team kept me in the loop throughout the process and even sent me temp placards before my initial placard expired (due to the plate shortage) and today I received my plates from them. Purchasing a pre-owned vehicle you should expect to have to do minor maintenance due to the unknown history of the vehicle (some maintenance places don't report to Carfax) and the only issues I experienced were the LoJack interfering with my obd reader and caused it to set off a CEL. After removing the LoJack and replugging in the reader I am happy to report the truck is in pristine condition. Other minor needs were a proper oil and fluid changes (transmission, differential, radiator, and def) along with the new tires being undersized and over inflated (previous owner purchased and receipt was in the owners manual). Again, minor preventative maintenance needed in all vehicles. Overall, Stacy, Craig, and team were very up front and professional. I highly recommend checking these guys out.

I have spent the last 2 years shopping for a replacement for my weekender. I’ve experienced how a lot of used and new dealerships operate: incessant emails and texts, greasy salesman tactics, low balling on trade-in value, bs fees that add to your final price, etc. Auto Quest is literally the only dealership I have shopped at, and now purchased a vehicle through, that doesn’t “sell” you anything- the car, bs warranties, even financing. If you want those things, then they are there for you. Auto Quest was the easiest and most straightforward group to work with, which made my choice to purchase through them a no brainer. I wanted to give them my business because I respect how they do business- plus I love my car!

Excellent service. Excellent Cars. Excellent Experience. No other privately owned dealership compares to Auto Quest. It was first the thoroughly laid out advertisements that interested us in the cars at AutoQuest. Outlining the details and information very well of each car. Upon arriving you will enter into a beautiful showroom where the cars are excellently kept and stored inside (not out in the rain of Seattle). We were stunned by the pristine condition of each and every car. The car we had requested to view was front and center, prepped for viewing, and ready for our test drive. We were allowed to be alone to enjoy the showroom at our leisure, without any hovering or pressure from sales people. The huge selection of nice shiny cars was a wonderful variety to choose from. I emphasize shiny because the cars gleam from superior detailing and care. Surely, many will catch your eye. This isn't just a cover up either. The car themselves have been maintained and service records provided by AQ. The prices were very reasonable and fair for the selection provided. Craig and Logan answered any and all questions and were very thorough throughout our sale. Ensuring everything was taken care of and checked prior to receiving our car. We are shipping our car to Hawaii soon and they assisted with details for our transfer of states. Their customer service, showroom, and style of business is one that will keep us as returning clients, as well as sending our friends or family to them. We couldn't be more excited for our new to us car and experience with AutoQuest. Highly recommended! We are so happy! We love our car! Thank you Logan & Craig!

******DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER ******* Bought a high end vehicle from this dealer online that had so many issues that were not disclosed. -- Transmission needs to be rebuilt ($12k) -- all 4 shocks were completely blown out and leaking -- every engine bay panel was missing all hardware -- Every underbody panel was either destroyed or missing -- TPMS missing sensors -- exhaust was handmade by a 5yo and leaking everywhere -- giant vacuum leak underneath due to frequent bottoming out due to bad suspension -- interior panels missing or broken -- Mileage advertised was 30k, when I received the car it had 32.5k - False Advertising Craig and Jason will not reply to emails or phone calls. I have never had this bad of experience with a dealer. I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office after giving them a chance to make it right.

Auto Quest was very easy to deal with without the high pressure, drawn out purchasing drama of a corporate dealer. They use a fixed, low pricing model, no negotiations. They bought my Highlander at auction in Schenectady, NY, had it shipped to Renton, WA. Their fee was about 3% of their auction price. They gave me a good trade in value for my 2011 Toyota RAV4. They surveyed credit unions for the lowest interest rates, and found a Tacoma, WA CU with a 5.49% rate! It took less than an hour for approval. After the car arrived, they drove it over to the independent mechanic that I’d made an appointment with for inspection. The mechanic found two red-flag issues, air filter and rear brake pads/rotors. Both were fixed the same day in a few hours. I drove home with the car the very same day. I would use them again for any auto purchase.

A year into owning and using the Prius I bought here as a daily driver, and I'm very pleased. My experience here was friendly and very hands off, which I much preferred. No one was dogging me and when I wasn't happy with the first car I came in to look at, I was directed towards a Prius that was a perfect fit for my wants and needs in a vehicle. No hassle here, and the car's been a dream! My only note to the folks at AutoQuest: don't talk to clients as if we are unaware. Some of us are more knowledgeable about finances than we let on. ;)
