I’m not going to lie this is probably the best experience I’ve had a mechanic shop. I’ve been trying to get my car in to a different shop; however, the guy kept dodging the task of my car, or maybe was just too busy. I needed to get electrical work done in my car today due to the fact that I’m leaving town soon as well as my car failed inspection. However, this place truly went above and beyond. I called in the morning and they fixed the problem day of, handled the inspection, and took care of my issue in every way possible. I was stressed due to finances. And was rest assured when they offered payment options for online loans. However, their pricing was so fair that I didn’t end up needing it. The person in the front desk (I’m assuming the manager) went above and beyond. They showed professionalism, knowledgeable insight, excellent multi-tasking, and had a charismatic personality. I got a phone call at a reasonable time shortly after dropping my car off with an estimate before more work was started, and honestly was amazed to see how fast they were able to get everything done. Their worker seemed young, eager, and hardworking for this project. I was very appreciative of the hospitality and service I received. It’s a shame this was only my first time coming here. When you visit a place like this that goes above and beyond it only makes sense to tip. This job I’m sure isn’t easy, and good workers are hard to find. Rest assured, they will take care of you here.

Excellent Service at Auto Rescue. I went for an oil change They topped off my brake fluid and recommended me to get it serviced. Really great with doing health checks for your car. Checking things that you would get checked on a car inspection inspection. They give you pictures of what needs to be serviced as well.

In my experience the process to communicate took too long considering I had and appointment made weeks in advance and it was under warranty from a dealership. And after it was approved nothing was explained until I was notified of pick up. Other than that they checked millions of things however if it wasn't warranted for my issue it wasn't necessary.

I want to give a shoutout to Khalid for all he does! This was my first experience with auto rescue and although the outcome was not ideal, meaning I had bigger issues with my car than expected.. Khalid was able to walk me through my options with a calm and comforting demeanor. Would recommend getting service here, they are transparent with photos and diagnostic results. With the cost of service reasonable and fair.

The reviews are spot on... my experience at auto rescue was so effortless. From booking my appointment online, to meeting the friendly staff, then receiving a shuttle ride to work. I was super impressed. I love how they perform a complimentary health check on your car, so you are completely in the know and educated on future maintenance details. The process of getting my car fixed was super quick and i was able to pick it up on my lunch break, which made it even more convenient. I will definitely be back auto rescue... I appreciate everything!

I had a very good experience when my car had a big problem! My car basically limped into the shop, but they did very thorough diagnostics and gave a comprehensive report. After I got the report, everyone was responsive to my financial constraints. I asked them to do only what they needed to to make sure my car was drivable again, and they did exactly that while giving me information on what my next priorities to fix should be and the risks involved in not fixing everything ASAP. Great price for the value of services provided.

Thank you for performing the inspection for me. I picked this repair shop because I was told it would be done while I waited, which makes it more convenient. However, when I arrived I was told one of the inspectors was out sick. Now I have to leave the car because it won't be done until afternoon. Appointment was at 9 am. Although I appreciated the Uber ride home, this disrupted my entire day. I also understand the cost of inspection is a losing issue for you. However, even though it passed inspection, I was given a litiney of issues needed to be considered. It seemed the idea was to get me to pay for something before I left to make up for your losing money on the inspection? I could be wrong, but that's what it felt like to me. To be fair, there was no pressure placed on me at all. I respectfully declined all of those maintenance suggestions as I have a prepaid maintenance plan elsewhere.

I was absolutely thrilled with EVERYTHING done with the Kia Optima (that my daughter drives). I was greeted by Sydnee, genuine, honest and very welcoming. I immediately knew that I chose the right place, you just don’t know who you can trust. One of the many benefits of the services, was that the car was done on the same day. Originally, the car failed inspection at a different company and told us what needed to be fixed, with a very pricey estimate. I wanted a second opinion, and since I had just received a mailer for Auto Rescue of Midlothian, that is where we went. After we dropped off the car, I received an email with images of what was "wrong" with the car, and an estimated price, and when I paid, the cost was actually $200 under the estimate! Having the pictures to look at with the explanation of the problem was priceless!!! I have found the best place for my cars. Thank you!

This is the best place that I have been to service my vehicle. I will tell you that I found this place by error, but it was the best decision thus far. The guy at the desk name Jonathan is so personable kind and nice. Not sure of his position, but he need to be promoted. His customer service is immaculate. They gained a new lifetime customer because I will recommend this place to friends and family. Also get all my vehicles serviced here. They also do state inspections which is a plus

Jonathan, Sydnee and crew did great work and more importantly communicated very efficiently about the car’s status and any other findings. So happy that I took my Jetta here! Sydnee is the best ! She was very informed about the issues, stayed in constant communication with us, and very honest about the work that needed to be done. The work was completed before we expected and even found a way to save us $500! Definitely have a new customer for life. Give her a raise for she is a treasure! The mechanics (that I did not meet) did great work and deserve props as well!
