Auto Solution really helped out me and my brother on his car, they are Professional, personable and Extremely Knowledgeable. They were able to fix a problem that i worried about. I Believe this is one of the most straightforward and Honest Mechanics and Shopr I have ever seen. And i come from a family with dealerships background in my Family and my father is still to this day a heavy equipment mechanic and welder for Caterpillar etc . First time visiting. I dislike emensely having work done on my cars because you can never know if what you hear is an honest evaluation of what really needs to be done. Also, is the cost at a fair price or are you getting ripped off. Well I am pleased to say that my experience at Auto solutions was a good one. I needed front brakes and an oil change. When it was all done I believe they did an excellent job, it was honest and working together with some discounts the price was fair. I would highly recommend Auto Solutions for work on your car.

I’ve used Auto Solutions Auto Repair multiple times, and each visit has been an excellent experience. Dustin and his crew are top-notch professionals who are knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy. Most recently, I brought my truck in because the heater wasn’t working. I dropped it off at 8:00 a.m., and it was diagnosed and repaired the same day. I never thought I’d be writing a positive review about buying a car, but here we go! I’m a Gold Star family member from Utah, and I drove 8 hours to Albuquerque just to buy a 2021 Kia Telluride from Auto Solution. And let me tell you – it was absolutely worth the drive. From the moment I walked in, the experience was different from any other dealership. Ahna, my sales rep, greeted me with a big smile and zero pressure. I usually hate the car-buying process (who doesn’t?), but Ahna made it feel easy and even enjoyable. I had found the Telluride online at Auto Solution with a great price, and when I arrived, the car was exactly as described (no surprises!). They didn’t tack on any dealer fees or hidden charges at all – the price we discussed was the price I paid, period. That honesty meant a lot to me, especially coming from out of state. Ahna was incredibly helpful and transparent about everything: she answered all my questions, walked me through the vehicle’s history, and never once tried any sneaky sales tactics. In fact, the whole team was friendly and welcoming – they even noticed the Gold Star shirt my wife was wearing and took a moment to say they appreciated my family’s sacrifice, which really touched me. I was treated like family through the entire experience. The financing part was quick and painless. I’ve sat through 4-hour financing nightmares at other dealers before, but at Auto Solution it couldn’t have been more straightforward. I was pre-approved with my bank, and they worked with that easily. No “let me talk to my manager” runaround, no pushing extra warranties I didn’t want. I think I was in and out with keys in hand in about 45 minutes. Ahna and the finance guy had all the paperwork ready, and it was sign and go. Seriously, I was stunned how fast and smooth it all went – I kept wondering if I’d missed something, but nope, they’re just that efficient. One thing I loved is that Auto Solution specializes in used trucks and SUVs, so while I was there I got to see their inventory – lots of cool used trucks (some lifted and decked out) on the lot. You can tell they really know their stuff with off-road vehicles, which is great because I needed an AWD family SUV and they answered every technical question I threw at them. It felt like I was dealing with fellow car enthusiasts rather than pushy salespeople. Driving all the way from Utah for this Telluride could have been a gamble, but Auto Solution made it totally worth it. They delivered exactly what they promised with no hassle. I’m back home now with my Kia and couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Ahna and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like part of the family. If you’re in the market for a used SUV or truck, do yourself a favor and check these guys out. For me, it turned out to be the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had – definitely worth the trip!

My experience At Auto Solutions it was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. This man and his wife are personable. Very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about their vehicles. He was very upfront, And they just plain old made it easy. To put it short, but sweet I walked in and drove away with a beautiful truck. And I didn’t have to stay there all day to get it done. I could not believe it.. I got one hell of a truck at a damn low price. My new truck is a head turner on my way home. I must’ve broke 200 Necks or more. I will never go to one of those big dealerships again. A few weeks ago, I was parked with my car running when it suddenly started leaking coolant—pretty badly. I wasn’t sure what to do as it was sudden. I looked up shops that may help with this problem and came across Auto Solutions. I called and spoke with Dustin, who was extremely polite, patient, and helpful from the start. Since they were close to closing, he gave me clear advice on what to do and explained that they had a secure drop box for my keys and a safe place to leave my car. I dropped my car off that same afternoon , and although they had it for a few days, Dustin stayed very communicative throughout the entire process. He and his team performed a full inspection, found the main issue, and also identified other problems. Everything was explained clearly, and the repairs were handled professionally. Dustin even took the time to talk with me about my options if I decided to look into a newer vehicle, offering honest advice and pointing me in the right direction. The pricing was fair, and overall, this being my first experience with Auto Solutions, I couldn’t have asked for better service. My vehicle is doing good, no problems so far. I would 100% recommend them. Shout-out to Dustin and his entire team for doing such a great job.

I found this car on Car Gurus. The pictures and price are what caught my eye. But, I didn’t really want to drive 4.5 hrs to Albuquerque! But after much research and looking it was decided the trip needed to happen. Auto Solutions was very communicative with me before I even came and made me feel at ease about making the trip. It was truly the best decisions! Every thing was straight forward. Nothing to hide or sneak in later. All the guys in the shop were beyond nice! We could have stayed there for hours just talking and having a good time. One of the salesmen owns a restaurant and even bought us breakfast the next morning! My review would mirror Corey from Utah! I would agree with everything they said. It was worth the 6 hours drive from Scottsdale, AZ. We’ve purchased over 10 vehicles in the last 30 years for our family, and I always do thorough research. John and the team were incredibly easy and pleasant to work with. They responded quickly when we asked for a video of the First Edition 2021 Bronco, were transparent and fair during price and warranty discussions, and had no hidden fees. In fact, the Bronco was priced well below other competitors. They even helped my husband drop off his rental car so he could drive our new Bronco home to Arizona — above and beyond service. The Bronco itself was spotless and came with excellent service records. They also helped us navigate the AZ registration and tags.
