We bought a truck paid 26k and it’s been a lemon they only give you a 15 day warranty so far we have put so much money into it and it still doesn’t run well not a happy camper!! We just received a call from owner he says he’s looking into it will post what happens but at least he did call. Well we got a responce and he wants us to take the truck to him in Albuquerque. A 125 mile trip in and we can’t trust truck to get us in will re post as things unravel. We asked to have parts sent to us as per our certified ford mechanic we propose that he send the parts and we will pay labor as we haven’t read good reviews on theirs.got our last responce and they are not willing to take responsibility. They want us to take it to them after I repeatly told them the truck will not make to them. Nothing will be done to help us so as seniors on ss we will eat it because to them business comes before people the end to add more we have spent 2000. With certified ford mechanic, took it in to balance tires only to find out they put a odd ball tire on it so it’s not a smooth ride have to get tires and a new fuel pump so another 1000. Besides what we have already done. As seniors we have been taken advantage of do not trust this auto dealership they do not care about you and it’s a crap shoot as to the quality of your car or truck!!

I received a coupon from the Lexus dealer for a $44 oil change. Couldn’t pass it up …a few days after, there was a huge leak under my car. Returned to the dealer & after inspection they said it would cost $3500plus to get my radiator repaired. I called the Auto Solutions repair shop & was able to get my car towed from the Lexus dealership to them for repair. Upon their inspection, they discovered it wasn’t the entire radiator which needed to be replaced, but only the tubing plus a couple of other minor issues. I received expedient service, and was extremely happy with my experience. The problem was repaired and explained to me in detail. Thanks again! I will be returning for my next oil change and any updates needed for my vehicle.
