I had excellent service at Auto World. I appreciate their honesty. I brought my car and my husband's car in to be serviced. He brought the air cleaner that I was replacing in my car and showed me that the one in their was still brand new and didn't need to be replaced. He asked if I still wanted to replace it. Had that been any other company they would never do that. They would still replace it and charge you for it. I will never take our cars anywhere else. This gives me such peace of mind. Auto World is my new go-to repair shop. When my car’s check engine light came on, the dealer’s first appointment was in two weeks. After some research, I found Auto World having great reviews, recommendations and AAA approved. I called, they got my car in the next day and repaired in a few hours. The price was good and much less than expected. Sammy, Cameron and all the staff were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. This place is amazing! Been going here with my vehicles for a few years now. Sammy and his team are top notch and are there to help you. They truly care and never make me feel like I’m dumb for not understanding cars. They never try to “upsell” me and they always make sure I know what they are going to do and even go as far as reccomending things that they can do to save me money if my car didn’t need what I thought it did. Trust me you definitely want to bring your ride here!!

Sammy and Tyler got me out of a bind, just now. Due to my fault, I botched a simple oil change and installed the oring incorrectly on the oil filter. (I didn't find this out till after the fact and they had already diagnosed the issue). Long story short, Sammy kindly towed my car down the street to his shop, and got me on my way with assurance. This event could have been a lot worse, and I'm glad I stumbled into his shop vs another, as they gave us the attention any customer would appreciate. Thanks guys!

Problem: my truck's AC would not hold a charge, so I scheduled an appt. w/ Auto World. I arrived at my appt time and was promptly greeted and signed in. I was told my AC diagnosis/repair would take about an hour which turned out to be accurate. Sammy was quite knowledgeable and had the great approach of addressing the least costly possible causes before going further. The AC is currently blowing cold and I'm happy. I highly recommend Auto World.

So impressed having my brakes inspected and repaired all within a 5 hour time block. Not to mention it only took an hour+fifteen minutes out of my day to inspect and get them fixed. The shop had the parts delivered within a few hours and the wonderful woman at the desk had her guys on my car immediately working hard to get it done fast so my kids and I didn’t have to wait around long. I felt welcomed and taken care of, and this is now the only auto shop I will go to.

I’ve heard from close friends for years that I should take my vehicles to Sammy at Auto World Service Center in Temecula. I finally did — and I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I recently bought my son a used plug-in hybrid from Facebook Marketplace. It had quite a few miles, so I was a little nervous about the condition. I brought it to Sammy for an oil change and a full inspection. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and helped me feel confident that the car was a solid purchase. The oil change was quick, the pricing was fair, and the service was extremely professional. Sammy even mentioned that the deal I got was probably a rare find! As a local business owner myself, I really appreciate the honesty, transparency, and quality service that Auto World Service Center provides. I’ll definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend Auto World! My Honda Accord completely stopped working, and after having two mobile mechanics look at it, I was only told it was an electrical issue with no clear solution.
