Update: I dropped in again to give this establishment another chance and had the exact same experience. Original review: Lady was rude and wouldn't even let me look at a USED tire before making a decision to purchase. What a joke

Hey have worse service give her son money order a part so I call back to check on that make sure they have ready for me so can bring to be fix but call they said never give them money .. I call police so could my issue they recommend to file a complaint at city dekald .. I after I left auto den that lady call me she could give free labor for my car but still have paid again for part of car . No place is going give free labor if she did not take money at first place so I ask what to my money she didn't buy she could fix my car if pay for part of. Car again... Please make sure lady give a recipe becuase after deny anything

Worst customer service and rip-offs! I wish there were a way to leave no star or kind of half star. Per a recommendation from one of their customers I had gone to this AutoDan Auto Service and Repair shop place to have them pull out a bad passenger-side blend door actuator from my second generation Kia Sedona minivan and replace a new one that I would buy and bring after making sure I got the right part by comparing it to the original bad part they were going to pull out. Similar part for the driver-side was bad as well and I had easily pulled it out by myself and installed a new working one however, after disassembling some middle and lower dashboard panels I gave up from proceeding halfway for fear that I may break some stuff. It was a lady who identified herself as the manager of the shop that asked me what I was there for. I told her that I was halfway from pulling out the actuator and - in very clear English time and again - what I needed was for them to complete the disassembly of the remaining dashboard parts and pull out the actuator and then they would install a new replacement part I would buy and bring right away. She asked how much I had in mind to pay and I answered she should rather be quoting me their standard rate. She then said $95.00 and I asked whether she took into consideration for the already stripped parts. She said she did and added that their full labor cost was $125.00. I agreed on their price quote and allowed them to do the job. Then, she assigned an older technician to do the task and he swiftly and impressively stripped off the remaining dashboard parts and pulled out the bad actuator. I'd like to state genuinely how outstandingly capable this guy is. He carried it out like a breeze - a task many other technicians were intimidated by saying they're not familiar with my vehicle. However, I was appalled by his explosive temperament when I wanted to make sure if he had pulled out the right part as it's close to another similar looking actuator for mode control. The guy needs to take anger management classes, really, and even more importantly so, the manager as well. Then, I went to a Kia dealership and bought a genuine replacement actuator and returned to the shop and the managing lady who I had communication with said I had to pay additional $80.00 for installing the new part. When I disputed this and pointed out to her that per our in the beginning when we met I clearly had told her I needed labor for a complete job - not only for pulling it out. She exploded in temper and showed bad attitude. Then, I knew I became a victim of rip-off and it reminded me of my experience of same situation some three years ago from a "street technician" around Advance Auto Parts on Memorial Dr @ N Indian Creek Dr. I didn't expect these guys with legal and proper shop would act "street smart". I don't believe she had limited language proficiency to think that she  misunderstood me in the beginning. She speaks satisfactorily and seems understanding. I tried to compromise by willing to pay their original full price $125.00 plus $25.00 more bringing it to a total of $150.00 however, she won't budge. Instead of falling for her dishonesty and lose more money to her betrayal I decided to go home and try to replacing everything back together. To my surprise I quite easily and successfully completed the job which had seemed intimidating to me at first. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and they should be avoided. There are a lot of better auto service and repair shops north of these guys on Buford highway. However, if you really have to go to this place, the only positive thing I have to say about them is one of their technicians, the older guy, is quite capable technically but, beware not to tip him off his temper. About the manager, to begin with is dishonest and unprofessional. Also, she's very uptight, unfriendly, loud, furing hot tempered with bad attitude and a rip-off! In one package! When you deal with her please make sure to write everything down on their work order sheet.

If I could give zero stars I would DONT COME HERE. THE LADY HERE IS INSANE,RUDE,SNEAKY AND MONEY HUNGRY I asked for my tire to get plugged. They took the tire off. Then told me I needed a new tire. Told me the tire would be $170. Plies their fees which turned out to be $350. I said. “No thanks I found one cheaper somewhere else”. She said “ok well $60 to put your tire back on”. WHY WOULD I PAY $60 to put my tire back on when you didn’t fix anything. I stayed at this place for almost two hours arguing. Had to call the police. Police came. And made them put my tire back on. Please save yourself the trouble. Don’t go to this place. They don’t know how to do business . Your welcome *uodate they recorded the altercation and posted a video on YouTube. These people are sick. Who wouldn’t be mad. If you tried to charge them $60 SIXTY!!! Not $25 but SIXTY to put a tire on when no services were received. I wouldn’t even pay $25 dollars. And if We were in the wrong. WHY WOULD THE POLICE COME AND HELP US. The police said It themselves. They get called up to this place all the time. And to never do business with these people. Guys. I can’t make this stuff up. Save yourself. Don’t give these people your money. What business responds like this and post videos ? This isn’t a business.

HORRIBLE USED TIRES…NEVER AGAIN It won’t let me respond back so I’m editing my comment to do so…yes u guys are open if u aren’t u need to check on your establishment…I have a receipt to show proof..I was given a used tire that had patches in it nd it was the wrong size…I found another tire shop on Defoors ave and they took the tire I got from yall and showed me how busted it was nd the patch work that was done nd gave me a useful used tire

I had used AutoDan for several years and had pretty good success (along with my wife and daughter). I took my car there again today for brake pads. I did not have the time to wait several hours and suggested that I come back Monday, but Dan offered to have someone there give me a ride home and pick me up (about 5 minutes away). Then I got a call that afternoon from Dan's wife informing me that my car was ready and they were open until 5. I told her I had no ride and they were supposed to come pick me up. I asked her to have someone come get me. She said no one was there but her and that I'd have to get a taxi or find a ride. I told her that it had been Dan who had offered to give me a ride, and that was the ONLY reason I had left my car there today to get fixed. She couldn't care less. I had to get a ride with Uber and when I got there I tried to pay her with a credit card (didn't take credit cards) and then a check (didn't take checks) and she then informed me that they only took debit or cash. I told her it would have been great if she or someone had informed me of that BEFORE I came back to get my car! Since I didn't have that much cash with me I asked her what she suggested. That's when she said she would have the same guy that had given me a ride eariler take me to the bank! She had LIED about the fact that she had no one to pick me up! She could spare him to take me to the bank but not to honor their commitment to pick me up! Who operates a business today and doesn't take check or credit card? Throughout the ordeal, she was very caustic and combative. I will NEVER go there again - there are plenty of auto service companies around with DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE who want repeat business to survive and thrive - I don't need a rank amateur outfit handling my business anymore!! Beware of this outfit!

Really good shop. Took my car in for an inspection. They were thorough, actually test drove the vehicle and put it on the hoist. Said the car was perfect except for needing a wheel alignment for inside tire wear. They sell tires but didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me to buy tires “the tires have good tread on them”. They said at the end “we thought by looking at the car it would need alot but it’s in really good shape”. I can’t understand how they don’t have a 5 star rating, my best guess is the lady at the front I think has English as her 2nd language and I’m guessing miscommunication has caused at least some of the bad reviews.

I went there to have my brakes done excellent work the lady was very nice and friendly. My car runs very well no problems. Now I bought a cargo van and I'm taking to them for diagnosis to me they do good work oh yeah the prices are very reasonable

They are good mechanics!!!Vietnamese husband and wife I believe. A bit expensive than Ok auto down the street on Buford highway Korean own and operated they are also good mechanics!! Just one thing is that auto dan will charge you a $75.00 dollar for a diagnostic even if you know what the problem is with your car!!🤔

I've been using Auto Dan's services for the past two years and these guys always, always take care of me. The service is always great. Fast and straightforward is how it's run in manner and practice, so the sensitive should be aware of that going in. Again, they always take care of me at a good and affordable price. If I'm tight on cash and I ask, they'll let me know the estimates before the work is done and hold off if I request it. Good people, good service and I'd recommend them any day of the week... except Sunday. I'm pretty sure they're closed Sunday.

The lady here Puts on a front as a nice caring person and makes you feel like she is helping you. Be careful She is not she charged me $65 for a diagnosis (which i didn’t know until after i was told nothing was wrong with my car ) And clearly did not run any checks, my car was NOT hooked up to any machines or my hood was Never even open. I still paid just to avoid confrontation i will pray for this lady be blessed

Took car for alignment and tires wore out in three days. Turns out I had to replace a toe arm but was not told by the lady Wich was very rude and stand offish when asked questions . If you want experienced mechanics take it somewhere else. This shop is no good they charge about 80$ to destroy your tires. If you do go there lady will make you sign a paper before anything is done just fyi

This place has the worst service ever. I went looking for two tires for my car. I spoke with a lady from this place and agreed about a price for replacing and rotating those tires. When the first tire was removed and they were about to put the supposedly new tire, I saw it was a used tire and in pretty bad shape. So I told the lady that I was looking for new tires. She told me that they sell used tires only unless the new tires are preordered. I told her that I didn't want those tires, they weren't good; she told me I have to pay $ 25.00 to put back my old tire otherwise I would have to stay there till I pay the $ 25.00. Unfortunately, I was rushing so didn't have the time to deal with it so I agreed to that. Then she told me that they accept cash only. At least 3 more customers were arguing with her about the bad service while I was there.

Omg! EXCELLENT & quick service. I'm visiting Atlanta for the weekend & was having tire problems. I went to TWO repair shops before stopping here. There were very limited places to go since it's a Saturday so I had to try my luck. The other shops told me that it was an air suspension problem but the guy here looked at my tire and immediately said that I needed a new tire. I had just bought tires yesterday before my trip. I told him that I didn't think that was the problem. He then replied "Do you trust me"? After he said that I knew I was in good hands. And sure enough when he took my tire off, it had a big lump in it. Thank you so much & I thank God that I wasn't stranded on the side of the road somewhere!!! 5 STARS!!!!
