Highly recommend!! Son backed into my neighbors car. My neighbor took it to some shop that did not want to give an estimate without taking apart the car. Took it to Ray at Autogenx and within minutes (without taking anything apart) gave us an estimate. Made my neighbor and I feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. Dropped it off that same Thursday afternoon and by Saturday, the part was replaced, sand and painted!

Be Cautious with AutogenX Auto Center I brought my car to AutogenX Auto Center because the clutch wasn’t engaging properly. After a quick inspection, they told me I needed a full clutch replacement and a new axle totaling around $2,000. Trusting their diagnosis, I approved the repairs. I got the car back and drove it, the exact same issue happened again. No improvement. I called AutogenX to report it, and the owner claimed I must’ve damaged it while driving off or that something “came loose.” That was a major red flag. I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. They quickly identified the real issue the master/slave cylinder. Turns out, the clutch replacement was never necessary. I tried reaching out to AutogenX to request a copy of my receipt (I’d lost the second copy), but the owner ignored my text and multiple calls 2x Refusing to provide documentation for expensive, possibly unnecessary work is unacceptable. If you’re new to the area or considering this shop, I strongly recommend doing your homework and getting a second opinion before handing over your keys or your wallet. Legal action will be underway.
