I called Chase this evening when my car broke down by the Barclays Center. He sent Jason and what a team they were! They saved my LIFE!! They gave me a 30 min eta, and were timely and polite in their service. If you’re looking for a place to fix car damages then this is the place to go to. Very respectful and helpful as well, accurate prices and gets the job done. Needed my front bumper, head light, fog light, and fender replaced and paint job and they made my car look like nothing even happened at all. Most importantly matching the paint was my biggest concern because not all repair places can be perfect at it but this spot did, 1000% recommend.

I had the unfortunate experience of a car accident this morning however, my insurance company provided me with the most professional towing company I have ever seen. Automagic does not play around with. I had the pleasure of having Chase being the person dispatched. He called and made sure I was aware of everything and how far he was. When he arrived he made sure I was doing okay which that isn’t common if people don’t know. He was very helpful and kept me informed from start to finish. Abandoned with an oncoming snow storm by this company. Both unreliable and unresponsive. Was assigned to give me a tow by USAA Roadside Assistance's third-party service. Waited two hours for a tow that never arrived as weather was worsening in advance of an oncoming snow storm. Multiple calls went into a full voice mail before somebody eventually answered, said it would be at least another two hours, and told me they would call back in 15 minutes which they never did. Another provider was assigned where I feared I would be way down in the queue but G-Towing showed up on time withing an hour. Would never call them when in need and if using them as an outsourced provider would get rid of them immediately.
