While traveling from South Carolina to Orlando my 2026 Silverado 1500 ZR2 decided to shift into park while driving. This caused issues with the transmission. Upon arriving at the dealership on a wrecker I spoke to a service advisor and asked about a loaner or rental and was informed they do not provide that service. I told them I was traveling and they said they could probably look at it by Monday. I then contacted my dealer in SC (Kevin Whitaker Chevrolet) who sent me a car from SC to Orlando and picked up my truck and took it back to SC. While picking up my truck from AutoNation I found it in their unfenced back lot and my truck unlocked

One of the worst experiences I ever had and the sad part is I purchased my vehicle at this dealership, yesterday my vehicle‘s battery died and so of course I went to a local auto place and I could not replace the battery because the vehicle that I have has a mechanism on the battery so of course I went into the dealership thinking that even though I did not have an appointment. A battery wouldn’t be something that would not be so inconvenient, i’ve gone to the dealership previously for a quick oil change and it wasn’t a big deal. However, the customer service manager proceeded to treat me really bad when I walked in and I said hello I said hey I don’t have an appointment, but my battery died and it has a mechanism on it and only you guys can move it so I need to replace the battery. He said oh you don’t have an appointment great just to remind you. You don’t have an appointment but we’re gonna try to fit you in he’s comes back with a little piece of paper in his hand. It says your battery’s gonna be $399 and you’re gonna have to wait at least two hours not a quote like you normally do when you walk into a service center at a dealership where they give you the quote you agree to the quote & you sign it. They take the keys to your vehicle and you move on. He wanted me to leave the building as soon as I explain my situation first , he said is go ahead to lunch leave the vehicle and I’ll let you know once we’re done and when I said no, I’m going to stay He became very agitated and said do what you need to do and left asked me for my keys took the car came back around 20 minutes later to tell me that was gonna be $399 when I showed them the receipt of what the other company would’ve charged me for the same battery his words where you didn’t have an appointment it’s 399 make a decision. I told him he was being very rude very disrespectful. He raised his voice at me and said do whatever you wanna do and I asked him if he was a manager he said yes I am. I said you’re giving me very poor customer service. I’ve come here before I purchased the vehicle here. I’m sure I have discounts and coupons in my account. He walked away from me and said take your car so I asked him for a business card and I told him that I will definitely report him and a he said again, do whatever you want so what a coincidence I get the survey so yes, he gave me a business card, but I honestly feel that this was someone else’s business card. If someone from your company wants to call me I’ll be more than happy to describe who he is so that you understand that you do have a bad manager that does not respect his customers does not respect his job does not respect what he does.if I could give zero star I would have !

If I make an appointment, they will keep to the schedule. They give me the option to have my appointment at 7:00 am. I arrive and they let me know that no employees arrive until 7:30 am, that the 7:00 am appointment is for those who leave their car and don't wait. They never gave me that option and the person who helped me, very rudely, tells me that the person on the phone who gave me the appointment is from a call center. All the more reason they have to be trained to give that information. The person who started helping me that day should be more professional and not so unpleasant.

I bought my car from this dealership and set an appointment for my first service: oil change and tire rotation. Even though I set an appointment to get my car service without dropping the car, turns out it does not work that way. They said lots of walk ins that day, so I would have to leave my car for 2-3 hours. What is the point of setting an appointment if I cannot get the service done as I planned ahead.

I had an amazing experience with this AutoNation after having a horrible experience with the AutoNation in Orlando, on Colonial, which is where I originally purchased my vehicle from. I’m sorry I ever set foot at that location. Thankfully I have AutoNation another opportunity…I had no choice really, my transmission went out and on my vehicle and I had Ann addition extended warranty I purchased through AutoNation. The service representative at the LeeVista location was 5 start. Tom you know I was under a ton of stress as a result of having my transmission go out, especially after finding out the parts were on back order and there was no ETA for the repair. Although the transmission was covered under the warranty, not only did they have no ETA, they also didn’t have a loaner vehicle, causing even more stress. Tom assure my husband that he would get me into a vehicle as soon as he could and he followed through after a week or so. I appreciated it so much! He followed up on my calls, spoke to my husband when I asked him to. All around friendly…this service continued with Felix, who assisted me with the rental transaction. Furthermore, every single person I encountered on the phone or in passing was friendly and courteous. I want to extend my gratitude to LeeVista AutoNation and would most definitely return to you. When I purchase another vehicle, yes, I would still buy another Chevy even after my transmission went out, I will choose AutoNation LeeVista. You guys are the bomb! Thank you!

I purchased a vehicle from them a week before Christmas. It was a year old with 30,000 MI. Upon test driving it, I checked the onboard computer which showed that the front brake pads were at 96% compared to the rear's 56% life so I assumed they had been recently replaced. I was also assured that the vehicle was a certified pre-owned, and had been through a multi-point inspection that it passed. Unfortunately, two days later, the brakes started squeaking. Imagine my surprise when I bring it to my local Chevy dealer, only to find out that the brake pads are not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and if I wanted them replaced it was going to be over $800. I tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times, have left multiple messages, and have gotten no response. The fact that such a well reputable dealer is going to pull some Buy Here Pay Here scam and reset service lights, without doing any repair, just to push another car out the door is absolutely absurd and is poor business practice. I haven't even made my first payment on the car and I'm already considering rolling back the deal simply due to the poor ethics displayed by this company.

I'm writing this cause I hate lying. My car has been in the car lot at the service department since August 28, 1st the technician didn't know what was wrong, that took a whole week. 2nd the master technician found the problem and Omar from service told me on Friday the 12 of September that they had the parts and that the car was going to be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I'm here at the service yard and I can see my car seating in same spot is been for the last 2 weeks +. When I went inside the service dept, now they tell me that they don't have the parts and they don't have an ETA on fixing my car. I even talk to the service manager Ian last Monday and nothing. This is not what costumer service should be like.

We live 1k miles away from this service center. My daughter has our car down there while she is working at Disney. The rack in pinion went out on our 2014 impala. The service department made it so easy to get our issues resolved. Had a major repair done in a couple of days and worked with us on the price also to get her back in her car!!Would definitely recommend this service center to anyone around the Orlando area!!
