Bobby was my service advisor and he was so friendly, helpful and communicative about the progress of my vehicle repair. It was a pleasant experience and the service I received was thorough, addressing all of my concerns. And my car was washed after the service repairs were completed! I was able to secure a loaner car as well so the day was pleasant from beginning to end.

Fred from Mazda Carlsbad was so helpful and made the experience seamless when trading in my vehicle for a newer model. He was efficient in generating paperwork, thoroughly explained the cost breakdown with supporting documents, and took the time to show me all of the additional features in my new vehicle like setting up my Apple CarPlay. He also got the car extra nice and clean and added a bow for a nice touch! He went above and beyond and I was more than satisfied with his customer service.

For the Service Center- outstanding service, truly! Every single employee I interacted with was so kind, happy, helpful, and personable. Even random employees walking by in passing would smile and say hello! Also this location can sometimes offer a courtesy vehicle to clients who have a vehicle in the service center. I was lucky enough to get to drive around a new Cx-30 while my car was getting fixed and it was such a luxurious and convenient touch to the experience. (Many other Mazda dealerships do not offer courtesy vehicles) I can’t speak for the sales team, but the service team is a 10/10! Hopefully my car will not need to be in the service center anytime soon, but if it does, I won’t be mad to interact with those lovely employees again!

Fast service and i was able to get a nice loaner vehicle so that i could go to work. The video overview of work to be performed was nice. The only downside os that the push a lot of extra or “premature” services when they send tge quote, so you have to be vigilant and deselect the ones you don’t need immediately.

I had to bring my Mazda CX 90 for the 5,000 miles check plus replacing a flat tyre. I was there at 7:25 on a Saturday, to make sure I was the first one in line so I could be back for work on time. They told me since I was the first one there, they would only take 90 minutes to do everything. I went back at 9:00 only to be told they did not have the tyre and it would they 5 days to get it in. I got a Mazda 30 as a loaner. After those 5 days, I was told it was going to take one more week to get the tyre. This was a big problem since I had a family trip planned and the Mazda 30 was too small, so I had to drive all the way back to get a cx90. 2 weeks later and after driving there 3 times (gas spent and over 6 hours of driving/waiting, I got my car back. On the brightside, Saul was a 10/10 and provided on time updates and seemed to do everything he could to help me out

Great service from the time I parked to the final negotiation on price. The staff was very accommodating for the test drive and was not pushy with the add-ons. Saul Killoch and the service team did an amazing job making sure my family and I were taken care of. We are in the process of moving to Hawaii and the team was able to get our car and its recalls covered in a very timely manner. By far the best experience I have had with a service and mechanic team. The mechanics did I great job of caring for our car and making sure it was returned to us in a timely manner. My wife loved the fact that you even washed the car after you guys were done. Thank you again Saul and team for being there for us and ensuring we had a great experience. Oh and in my personal opinion Saul deserves a nice Christmas bonus this year. AutoNation Mazda in Carlsbad, CA has the most effective customer service. I had a service rep named Saul Killoch who was very knowledgeable regarding the process of running a diagnostic on my car and also the perks of servicing here. I was informed about a temporary rental car I could use while my car was in the shop, which I did not know was an option! This location was very organized, greeted customers immediately upon pulling into the service lane and are very informative about the status of your car through text and email links that provide a video or statement update. Pricing is reasonable and the service is outstanding, definitely worth it! :)
