Cody was great. Like all service technicians I’ve worked with there, he really took care of me. There was an issue that was draining my battery and because it was a faulty part, Subaru gave me a new, high power battery! AutoNation Subaru is a top notch outfit.

I had one of the best experiences when I purchased my vehicle. Unfortunately, I could not say the same when I got my oil changed. 1. I called around 11AM and the appointment booking system gave me a feeling as if I was talking to a stranger as they were all sepeate entity from Subaru but works within AutoNation and asked me to wait, then he hung up. 2. I called again and my appointment was booked for 3PM and when I got there at 2:58PM the guy at the front desk stated the oil chang would be about an hour so I spent most of my day waiting until it was time to go to my appointment. After inquiring at 4PM the guy at the front desk said they were finishing up. 4:30PM comes around and I inquire again and this time the response was that some walk-ins were ahead of me. I replied what was the pointof my appointment i could have walked in at noon of that was the case instead of wasting my day waiting for the appointment. 4. It is now 2 hours since I arrived and I requested the to the front desk representative to please respect my time and not BS with me and that I could have rescheduled had i known it would take longer than an hour no problem. I let him know that he didnt quote 2 hours for the oil change and he continued to use "salesperson talk" not taking any accountability and not hearing the request to respect customer's time. He tells me he didnt have the parts for my vehicle le like I didnt book 5 hours in advance for his team to prepare. 5. He continued to insult my intelligence when after giving me more "salesperson talk" by stating that I arrived at 3:30PM even though my appointment was at 3PM so I knew I was there before 3PM. It is now 5PM. 6. Other than the younger gentlemen who was professional and honest with me this review would have been one start due to lack of honesty, respect and time management from the role of the front desk representative. Not to mention the disregard for respect of time and insult to intelligence he displayed. The sales team is awesome though.

I used to have my 2024 subaru impreza serviced at gold rush subaru in auburn but because of the terrible service and absolute incompetence at gold rush I took my car to AutoNation Subaru Roseville. My service advisor was Drew Lockhart and he has been absolutely amazing, great customer service, very nice, detail oriented, follows through when he says he will. Drew has been a pleasure to work with at AutoNation Subaru Roseville and they took very good care of me and I very much appreciate that! Night and day difference from the incompetent, rude Gold rush subaru in auburn! I highly recommend AutoNation Subaru Roseville and I will continue to have my car serviced there from here on out.

Our Ascent needed a sensor replaced and was done quickly while our advisor and technician kept us up to date the whole time via texts and videos on their portal (accessed through text! <-super cool). From the sale of my car over a year ago to the service that I receive Subaru Roseville is fantastic all around. This last visit Raj was so helpful and kind and understanding. I brought my son with me hes under 2 and he was so kind and understanding and made sure to get us in an out in a timely manner (granted it was a Saturday.) Love coming here I always feed valued as customer and just a person in general.

Auto Nation has been great - but something worrisome happened this visit. We were there for 6 month oil change ( their request). Expedient service - said 1 1/2 hour was done in 1 hour. Service person kept updating me! Got car back and left lot. First stop sign, brake pedal went to the floor and car rolled 1/2 way thru intersection. Very carefully, returned to lot and told them what happened. They hooked up to diagnostic machine. It showed nothing. Finally, they “reset” it and the brakes worked. I sure would like to know what happened! It DOES appear that they are working.

The staff Subaru dealership at the Roseville automall is always very welcoming and personable. The facility is comfortable for lounging or work from home. Coffee is available. Service was prompt. It's a very customer friendly experience. Oil change and checkup was $200 for a '19 Crosstrek and there's a 2% credit card fee.

The inspection and the oil change and wheel alignment all went great and to detail as expected. I did a 30,000 mile maintenance and paid a little over $1000. I dropped off my vehicle at 11 AM and picked up my vehicle at 5:15 PM. My vehicle was ready sometime around 3:30 PM. I paid online for the full amount. When I received my vehicle, it was at that time. I was asked if I wanted a complementary car wash. I thought that was a non-ask if my car was being serviced by the dealership. I did not want to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for my vehicle, so I was upset that it wasn’t already done and that I paid that amount of money and I would still need to be asked if that needed to be done.

I am fairly new to the Roseville area and chose to take my 10 year old Subaru to AutoNation Subaru for regular servicing as I thought service would be efficient and professional. I have probably brought my car in 4-5 times over the span of a year amounting to thousands of dollars of maintenance and repair. While the technical/mechanical service on my vehicle appears to have been done correctly and the service representative I worked with was a lovely person , I will NOT be returning to AutoNation Subaru because the means of scheduling, communication between the customer and the Roseville Center, and Customer Service is beyond infuriating. Unbeknownst to the public, when a customer calls Roseville AutoNation Subaru to schedule an appointment or ask a question about the status of their car's repair, etc. they are NOT actually talking to someone physically located in Roseville, California. They are talking to someone located in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA !!! This public deception and the subsequent inefficiencies, miscommunications and false information were a constant source of wrong information, errors, wasted time and trips, etc. What a foreseeable nightmare this arrangement is for creating stress and bad feeling for customers and Subaru staff. I reached a different person each time I called and it became clear that they each person was unaware of earlier conversations/agreements/requests I had with other answering staff. My messages were often not reaching the Roseville staff. It became necessary for me to drive the 6-7 miles each way to AutoNation every time I had a question or to schedule an appointment in order to know I was talking to someone actually working in Roseville. If I did rely on information I got via phone calls to Las Vegas, the information was INCORRECT 100% OF THE TIME. I cannot even imagine how frustrating and demoralizing this kind of dysfunctional communication system would be to good employees trying to serve the public. Shame on the higher-ups who allow this to continue. When I needed to leave my car for repairs requiring more than a day, I was offered no transportation options except a one-way Uber ride, while others in the waiting room mentioned being offered better accommodations. If this is how AutoNation manages its business and treats their customers, what other backward practices are going on there? I just hope the mechanical work done on my car was done correctly.

I have always had great service at the Roseville Subaru location. Raj was my service advisor, and he took great care of me. They needed to keep my car overnight to finish the service, so he got me set up with a loaner. There may be cheaper options for service, but I trust Subaru to keep my car running great. I am at 98,000 miles and look forward to driving my car for many more miles thanks to great service upkeep.

Really miss my old service advisor Jason, as always had a great experience with him. This time, it was explanations that turned out not to be true, multiple delays, promised follow-ups didn’t happen and I had to keep following up, with this frustrating experience over and over. As well, I was told there was a special when buying 4 tires, and I had a coupon from the dealer. It was never explained it was either/or until I picked up my car. Overall very disappointed with how this went.

AutoNation Subaru in Roseville consistently provides excellent, honest service and works to accommodate every request, without fail. Video updates are provided mid-service, with the technician explaining every step of the inspection. My service manager remembered me from more than a year prior, has made himself extremely available to me, and most of all, actually cares about the level of service provided. I regularly have two vehicles serviced at this location, and cannot recommend it enough.

He was very thorough in explaining the inspection results and clearly walked me through how everything went.
