This place is simply awesome! I have been taking my vehicle to them for over 5 years now. They are very fair and honest in regards to what type of service your vehicle needs. If you don't need the work, they will be honest and tell you that you don't need it. Most places will take advantage of you just to get your money and add on additional repairs just so they can get the extra money. The integrity of this place is great! I want to recognize the young guy who works the front counter. He is very professional and communicates effectively with the customers. He is very knowledgeable and relates the problems with your vehicle in a professional manner. He provides great customer service which is a big plus in my book. Every time I drive off their lot, my car feels brand new like I just bought it again! I recommend to anyone to take their vehicle to this establishment. You will not be disappointed!

TERRIBLE SERVICE I brought my car for a water pump and was told the issue was a head gasket or engine problem and he does not do that type of work .! I drive directly down the SAME STREET had my water replaced and was back driving normal 1 hour later I will NEVER recommend Andy or trust him with any vehicle I own

Always do a good job and are very reasonably priced. I've been going there for repairs for a while. *update-as usual they took very good care of me. I called panicking about my car. I was told to bring it in but I probably have to wait until the next day. A couple, hours later..my car was repaired and for a very good price! Thank you! I recommend this shop to everyone!

Andy is the owner and he is a very nice man. There aren't many left like Andy, honest! I will tell you that much. I also have to tell you his look reminds me of Papa Geppetto. He was very up-front and honest with us about my daughter's van. We knew the problem and he confirmed it and he also let us know everything else we needed to know up-front including the worst-case scenario on the cost (let's be honest she needed to fix it to last just a few more months) so hopefully, with the great repairs Andy's shop did it will. I would most definitely recommend Autoway Repair to anyone in need of repairs and at FAIR PRICES. Thank you, Andy, we will recommend your shop to everyone. Take Care

Went here for the first time today and I am one super happy customer. Went somewhere else that told me I needed $8,0000 worth of work done. Was recommended to come see Andy and am so glad I did, the only thing wrong with my car was brakes. Happy to have finally found an honest mechanic and will definitely be using him from now on.

Twice Andy saved my car - first my catalytic converter was stolen, but he could get me in right away. Andy showed me the hole where it used to be and could get the part and install it quick. The cost was insanely reasonable, and he explained the process patiently and knowledgeably. Second time I stalled at an intersection close to his shop, and I remembered his help. My car had to be towed on a Sunday night! But I emailed the shop, and Andy could still get me through that Monday (which was lucky since there were cars ahead of me). I am very thankful. This place does a great job for a good price, Andy's a kind man and treats his costumers very well, and I'd recommend it anytime.

Was going to have my son go here for repairs after coolant flush. (Recommended by friend) This Andy guy (owner) told my son that he probably messed up something & he should take it to an electrician. Huh!?? Yep, crappy business practice. "Yeah you probably messed it up, I don't do work like that", "take it to an electrician" WoW! Great service, 🙄😒 lol he just lost multiple customers. We took it to "Friends" in Garden City. They did an excellent job & made a quick $900 "water pump, & alternator + battery". (2hrs.) Don't go to Autoway being disrespectful & rude to customers is uncalled for. Simple things matter. Be nice to others.

I've been going to this shop since I started driving in 2016, and the service has always been fast, reliable with good pricing. I don't recall having one issue where my car has been there more than one day. Andy is very a trustworthy mechanic, and they're not as easy to come by. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.
