Customer service was beyond exceptional, very pleased with my experience here today. CSR was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Helped me to find the best, yet affordable new battery and installed it in record time. My stress over this situation has been alleviated seeing as to how I definitely needed a reliable ride to work. Completely awesome, I will recommend this AutoZone location (Dual Highway, Hagerstown MD ,same plaza as Aldi's) to everyone. Thanks!

I've been coming to this autozone for years(5 Star). But NOW; 1 Star!! Heard about the AWESOME manager Mike and that whole situation and it's a shame but I don't understand why he was relieved of his duties for being assaulted as his place of employment. Guess just like the world we live in nowadays: where we make what's wrong, Right. Not a good move Autozone,,, I will be no longer using your facility on Virginia Ave. GOD bless your company for insight!!!!

I had written a review but I guess it never got sent. To summarize, my recent issue was a 22 minute hold time on a phone call I recently placed for a quick question. Also, the customer service I received was pretty poor; the gentleman “helping” me offered no support in picking out what tools I needed. I ended up googling my answer instead while he went off to tend to another customer instead of actually helping the customer he already had.

Got some help on windshield wipers, but not before being treated like a bit of an idiot for not knowing what size I needed. Struggled to put them on myself for an hour afterwards since they clearly couldn’t be fussed to help me any further. Would’ve hated to inconvenience them.

This auto zone is HORRIBLE And I feel bad for the lady that was left alone!!!!!!!!! Me and my husband came in Friday afternoon around 4pm. The poor young lady didn’t know how to assist us but tried her BEST! asked her If She Was Alone she said “no my store manager And my other manager are in the back” my husband walked back to grab oil.. then a filter, I proceeded to look through the steering wheel covers… maybe 5 Minutes top we been In The Store Waiting for another Manger to appear NOTHING.. From my judgment that young lady was left alone

Every time I go here I look for Mike he is literally the only 1 in there along with 1 other young lady that’s ever doing their job and willing to help with open arms every step of the way. I walked in today looking for Mikes help to be told he was fired and no longer work there was VERY upsetting. He normally greets me as I enter the store asking how can he help me today, as I am a regular customer I shop here for parts for all 3 of my cars, today no greeting from anyone so I asked where is Mike 😰 once told he was no longer there I turned around and took my service else where. This store Definitely NEED TO BRING MIKE BACK he brings the customer or I will no longer be shopping there! He is most definitely the only kind guy there. Such a great hearted person! I don’t see why ANYONE would want to fire him great great guy. The gentleman who ran this store was so incredibly kind and helpful. My tire was completely flat and he changed my tire in a quick amount of time for nothing (I came in close to closing time too!) we also had a great conversation about cars and traveling. The young lady that sold me a wiper blade for a jeep was not friendly told me she should be six feet away from me which I see as discrimination. I am a customer there for 5 years. I never met someone like her working there it's 220 pm 19 June 2025. Sorry you lost a customer and will loose more because of her. Energy transform faster than words. Karma is positive or negative we have to face it. One love.
