Let’s start with the fact that I’m 51 years old. My children are nearing 30 as I write this review. The experience I just encountered with a young man by the name of William Thomas…over at the Waldorf Maryland (Leonardtown Road) location. Incredible customer service and extremely patient. I wasn’t sure as what I needed. This young man took his time and researched each issue until we had a solution for each! If only the world was filled with such folks! God bless you Sir William!

THIS STORE WAS AWESOME!!! First of all, it was the ONLY store that lent its availability to me after 5pm, while every other store refused to offer assistance due to time of evening. Secondly, they sold us a battery, installed, and took their time doing so! Plus they were friendly in doing so! First store I've experience in this industry who demonstrated liking their job! 10 stars if I could! Extra Kudos to Crystal for the extra explanations about my car.

My husband and I came to this AutoZone with our car that died on us. Crystal Larker provided amazing customer service! She was patient, kind, and most of all caring! Based on the description of the issue with the car, she suggested that we needed an alternator. Crystal was spot on with her recommendation, gave us a great price on the alternator, and even connected us with a mobile mechanic who did the job the next day. Crystal treated us like family! We will definitely recommend this AutoZone and be back for all our auto needs. Thanks Crystal for helping us out!

Great customer care. I needed a battery and both Charles had Jude worked together and addressed all my questions and concerns. I was only there maybe 25 minutes (because of the amount of corrosion on my battery 😂 - seriously 😐). I also noticed two other associates in the store being just as productive and working together. The store and parking lot were very clean. I would definitely go to this location from now on.

Great staff. I was on my way to a vehicle inspection and noticed my front headlight was out. Auto Zone had the bulb in stock and had some tools that customers could use to work on their vehicles in the parking lot. The store associates were very kind and helpful. Would definitely shop there again.

Associates customer service was the worst I’ve experienced at a retail establishment. When asked where a particular product was in the store I was met with a no and not offered any remedy but annoyance. I waited in line to ask if he could search the database and was pushed off to the other manager/ associate. The second associate provided the product I was looking for and was pleasant. Thank goodness the manager or another associate was able to help. I would provide names but they didn’t have a name tag.

I have a Land Rover evoque, after being denied at a lot of places auto zone has my battery and put it in for the cheapest price! I’m extremely happy at the work and how fast Richard and Julias did for me. It was a lot of work but They got it done with no extra charge

Darrell was awesome with helping me test my van to see why the check engine light was on. Thankfully it was just low on transmission fluid - he was able to get me the right product and I was back on the road quickly. His help was especially wonderful as I’d just gotten off a 13hr shift that night and needed my van in working order to make my 13hr shift the next morning. Being a woman in an auto parts store is never fun but Darrell made me feel welcome and comfortable when I didn’t understand everything that was going on. Darrell - you rock! Thank you so much!

I'm sure many of the workers there do their job very well, but about 2 months ago now I saw a girl walking out to a car with a guy and they proceeded to have sex in his car in the parking lot. Broad daylight btw! I'm not sure her name or his, but yeah autozone do better and watch your people. Ts is crazy. I thought I'd never experience something like that, but that totally kept me from buying some speakers and radio wiring there😭 Edit: just realized I should probably specify to help them find out who might have done it. The guy was a Latino hermano, and she was a real short kinda on the hefty side white girl I think I've seen her at the other autozone I went to instead to get my wiring and stereo setup.

Idk weather the employee i talked to on the phone knows how to do his job. I called and asked about a 2 1/2 exhaust pipe and they guy on the phone said there was none in stock for my specific vehicle, i told him i just needed a pipe it doesn’t have to be for my vehicle and he didn’t even check just waited and told me to go somewhere else. So naturally i pulled up and found exactly what i was looking for. The “out of stock” exhaust pipes was sitting there fully in stock. if they tell you they don’t have something over the phone check in person because they are lazy

Came to have a check engine light reading and not only did the lady come off rude, when asked she told me its raining I can't go out there. Ok I get it but it was raining and it stopped. She looked irritated off the 7:40 a.m. in the morning so I guess that was my fault. Needless to say I couldn't get my reading because she wasn't going outside to do it is basically what I was told.

I purchased a brake kit. The front was fine, but the rear rotors and pads didn't fit. I was told I couldn't return the rear parts unless I had the complete kit to return. The store would not take back the new unused parts

Walked in and the gentleman that served me acknowledged my presence as a customer right away. Told him I was there for an engine light diagnostic and he took care of it. Thank you for your prompt and courteous customer service. We need more AutoZones in the DC area modeling this behavior.
