I have to share my great experiences with this store! I work about a block away and have purchased here many times. Staff are incredibly helpful and make an effort to please. Parts are top notch as are prices and the specials that come up from time to time. I have had an occasion where I needed customer service assistance due to my own error, and they went out of their way to make me feel it was not an issue and resolved everything with a smile. This AutoZone is worth the visit!

The purpose of my visit today was to purchase a replacement battery. There were other customers in store upon my arrival completing their transactions. I observed the AutoZone team members (including their manager) deliver attentive and engaging customer service. I appreciate the excellent customer service Justin extended to me today. He provided a transfer of knowledge as we selected the battery that was best for me AND completed the installation. The store closed for an hour as a result of the system being down. The communication was posted on the door and Justin acknowledged each customer (while working on my battery replacement) that approached the door to explain the down time. This was refreshing to witness. Thank you all for your service.

They are mostly rude employees but not all. This morning however Inealked in at 9am and asked if I could get an engine scan. The guy acted like I was bothering him. He never responded just gazed out the window as he grabbed the machine. I couldn’t believe when I looked at his name tag it said Store Manager. WTH?? He had big attitude z I think he thinks he is too fine to work and he just may be but then why does he punch the clock?? I’ll have to remember to go the extra mile to Manchester Blvd Auto Zine. Oh and smart guy missed the opportunity to sell me a battery which I saw later on the print out!! Damn do your job pretty boy? !!

After my 12 hour shift at the hospital my car wouldn’t start. I found someone to jump start it so I could make it to autozone. I made it to this location at approximately 8:40pm on 7/29/25. Two guys were working at the counter. The guy I spoke with at the counter didn’t even say hello, was short with me, and seemed annoyed of me being there by his tone. I was in my scrubs and explained I just had to jump start my car. When I purchased the battery he slid it across the counter and said he couldn’t install it because they were “about to close and there’s only two people working.” Luckily, I kept my car running while I ran in the store. When i said i didn’t know how to put a battery in he just looked at me. He didn’t offer any advice on how to install. I did not have a good experience and will not come back to this location. I ended up watching a YouTube video and installed it myself in 5 minutes.

My windshield wiper on the drivers side flew off and I couldn’t see to drive because it was during a rain storm! Michelle from the Inglewood store was so pleasant and helpful. She taught me how to manually add a Visa gift card to my Apple wallet so I could pay for the single blade. I didn’t know people like her existed anymore. Then Andre, who was also very helpful and nice installed it for me. These two young people deserve to be recognized by the public. Thank you!
