Its a auto parts store i hate working on cars but im not gonna hold that against them the only reason i give it 4 stars is because when i whent to get some new break pads and rotors for my car and besides me there was only one other person there getting some things that they have in the isles it took 2 guys well over 20 minutes to find the parts i needed it was to my understanding from a friend of mine that use to work at a auto parts store that there parts are in specific areas and should be easy to find idk maybe there was a problem going on but still i feel like my wait time was a bit to much

They are very helpful. Being a woman not too knowledgeable about cars. Getting parts for Husbund and mechanic across street. They are willing to take the time to help me get what I need. Brian is my favorite he is always willing to answer my stupid questions and explain things to me. I really appreciate that.

This review is for the 1430 Logan Ave, Waterloo store just off 63 going North out of Waterloo. AWESOME customer service... found the PERFECT pair of wipers for $40... they installed them & I was in & out in less then 15 minutes! They are NOW my car parts store!

I felt I should update this after my experience tonight. First off, Rick, the owner, is SO nice & helpful! He helped to put my wiper blades on a few days ago & within the last year, an older man helped me switch out my license plate lights & my brake light which was a pain. Tonight I went to the closest Auto Zone on Kimball Ave & they were nice but told me the incorrect bulb, which I had already replaced & when I bought the correct bulb, they said they couldnāt help me install it because it required the whole assembly to be removed. Braxton at the Logan store said, āWhat!? What store told you that? No problem! Itās not that complicated. ā He had it replaced within 10 minutes. I love this store! Itās my go to from now on.

Definitely not that place! I called to get a new part that I seen was online, the gentleman argues with me on buying a much higher priced item that isnāt needed that came with extra pieces. Then tried to tell me not to purchase the item I really wanted to buy saying it was defectiveā¦.. thatās the kind of sales people they have working there is arguing with a customers needs and the customer knowing what they need especially when their married to mechanic and the sales person goes off on how heās done his research on these items through what googleā¦ā¦ no thanks Iāll go elsewhere.

There is a man that works @Logan Ave that is SO knowledgeable. SO smart. He is the reason why I will drive all the way to the other side of town and pass 4 different auto parts stores. The man knows it all. He doesn't know it, but he is my hero. And he probably doesn't get thanked or paid what he is worth. And so nice, so helpful. I don't know his name but he works the counter closest to the entrance.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review specifically for the AutoZone on Logan Avenue, because the experience I had there truly stood out. The day before, I had visited a different AutoZone location where I unfortunately had a frustrating experience. I was sold the wrong light bulb, and when I asked if anyone could help me change it, I was told they could not. It left me feeling discouraged and unsure of what to do next. Thankfully, my experience at the Logan Avenue location completely turned things around. From the moment I walked in, every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help. Al and Joshua, in particular, went above and beyond. They took the time to carefully figure out exactly which bulbs I needed, made sure everything was correct, and ensured the lights were installed properly. Joshua ultimately helped with the installation, and Al was equally attentive and supportive until he was pulled away to handle a call. What really stood out wasnāt just their knowledge, but their attitudes. They were patient, kind, and made me feel seen, heard, and appreciated as a customer. They turned what had been a disappointing situation the day before into a completely positive experience, and that meant a lot. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I will absolutely be returning to this location in the future and will go out of my way to come here specifically. Huge thank-you to Al, Joshua, and the rest of the Logan Avenue team for the care, time, and professionalism they showed. They truly deserve the recognition. Highly recommend this location.
